The poor service came with the shipping!!
There was only two choices in the size of tires I neede. I felt the price was fair but the shipping experience was where my disappointment came in. I put a note on my door requesting any shipping needing a signature be delivered at my neighbor house because I work during the day and he is home all day. The FedEx driver didn't, my neighbor was waiting all day for a knock at the door, that never happened. I had to wait another day for the tires!!

Outstanding experience
I bought tires from TireCrazy on a Sunday and I had them by Friday and I live in PA. The tires were priced way below anything I could find locally and they are excellent tires. Their service and pricing is hard to beat. I will definitely buy from them again next time I need tires.

I suspect the idea is to keep shipping costs down, but I think some kind of covering would be good. Order shipped correctly and tires are fresh. Great price!!!

Overall well
The site was easy to use however prior to purchasing the tires there was no indication I had to be around when it was delivered. So after I checked out and all paid it said a signature was required for delivery... unfortunately I work long hours so for me to be there to sign for it was impossible unless I take the day off or find a FedEx location that's open after I get out of work thankfully I located a FedEx in my region that was so I could pick it up after work.
