WARNING: Charged repeatedly in 2024, 2025 and 2026 despite no active subscription
I am writing this review because what I have experienced with TinyTap over the last three years is extremely concerning.
My problem originally started in 2024, when I tried their free trial. On approximately the fourth day, I was charged around €60 for a full year. I contacted TinyTap immediately and requested cancellation and a refund. I did not receive the refund.
I even left a one-star Google Play review about the experience in October 2024, so there is a dated public record of my complaint.
I subsequently checked my phone and Google account and could not find an active TinyTap subscription.
Then, incredibly, I was charged again in 2025.
And now, in 2026, TinyTap has charged me AGAIN.
I do not have an active subscription showing with them, I am not using the application, and I have repeatedly contacted the company asking them to explain why I am being charged and to stop the payments.
Regarding this latest charge, I contacted TinyTap approximately 10 days ago. I have received no meaningful response, no explanation and no refund.
The recurring payment is being taken through PayPal. I have tried cancelling the authorization through PayPal, yet I have experienced it becoming active again. PayPal has now contacted TinyTap regarding the latest transaction.
At this point, this is not simply about one disputed €60 payment. This has happened in 2024, 2025 and 2026. I find it deeply concerning that payments can apparently continue when I cannot find an active subscription and my repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company receive no response.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering TinyTap exercise extreme caution. If you have ever taken a trial or given them payment information, check your PayPal automatic-payment authorizations and your statements carefully in subsequent years.
Three years of repeated charges and unsuccessful attempts to resolve them is completely unacceptable. I would not trust this company with my payment details again.
