I ordered 2 mini scopes for my grandchildren's on 23October 2025. Despite numerous e-mails no update on my order or delivery. . I’m very very disappointed that they are allowed advertise. Not only did they not answer my e-mails and request for refund. They left me without 2 mini scopes promised to my grandchildren. The saying no fool like an old fool. Due to mobility issues I thought to shop online. I know better-in future.

I bought two Miniscopes from Tinyscopes for my grandsons (€43) and never received them. I emailed the company a few times and they have not responded. The tracker they supplied gives no information. I see from their own website that 81% of their reviews are 5-Star(!)m but I'm beginning to think that they wrote them. I couldn't write a review on their website, as there is no option. I see that their Trustpilot reviews are all bad, and some mirror my experience. I can't afford to throw €48 away like that. Disgusted!

€50 has been taken from my account for 2 Tiny Scopes but I have received nothing

Second time purchase, bought the musical toys this time and got it delivered, yet to unbox. Thanks for the good deal and the savings code

Accidentally got 3 miniscopes instead of 1 miniscope and 1 kids camera, which wasnt a great experience but steve from tinyscopes was helpful and sent a kids camera at no cost. my grandkids really like the mini microscopes, waiting for the camera to get delivered now. I am happy with my purchase

I ordered 3 x TinyScopes for my grandchildren as Christmas gifts, however when they were delivered, the boxes were completely broken up, and even the inside packaging was torn, possibly by the flimsy packaging they were posted in. However 1 of the boxes was covered in mould. Absolutely awful customer service. Beware! If you are going to order the tinyscope, order from Amazon, so that at least you can return easily should you need to, as I have now lost £48.30, which I really cannot afford to waste. I have been trying to contact the company to obtain a refund, but they have not acknowledged receipt of the emails ... update - have finally received a reply requesting photos in which case a partial refund will be issued as the goods themselves are undamaged, or the choice of partial refund and keep the goods.

Don’t think it’s a real company. It’s been two months now and I haven't received the camera I ordered or an update as to if it’s even been shipped, still says pending shipment. I’ve contacted the company many times via email and the phone number they provide and nothing. No email back and no one ever answers when I call. Do not order

Never received the products I ordered. Don’t make the same mistake I did! Seems like they are probably a fake company who ships stuff from China.

I ordered a product. The company said it has been sent but there is no record of it having been received by Royal Mail. It has been a week and no update. I do not recommend this company.

It seemed like a great educational present for the children in my life but sadly I had the same experience as the other one star reviewer. Items looks cheap, (I bought three tinyscope portable microscopes) they arrived in just a plastic bag with no padding around the boxes. The boxes themselves looked tatty and were crushed with an ugly sticker stuck on the front. Instructions inside the box appeared to be for a higher quality better item, listing things that aren’t included. On the website it said the toy was for ages 4 + however when I received the item it says for ages 8+.
Their returns policy is super restrictive and they will only issue store credit rather than proper refund. You have to pay for return shipping AND a restocking fee. TLDR - cheap plastic crap from that you will be stuck with even if it’s faulty.

I bought 2 Miniscopes and 2 snapbuddy cameras, My kids are loving the gifts, I like the design of the miniscopes and my kids are hooked with the cameras too, it was tricky to setup but we figured it out.

The item is very low quality and the instructions are translated poorly. I bought this as a gift and don't feel I can give it. I have contacted them a number of times to process a refund and have had no response.

The product arrived on time, even though I was worried about the delays due to canada post strike, My kids loved the present, the box was slightly damaged, but it is a cool gadged indeed, works much like magnifying glass but is actually more fun and not boring as compared to other options out there. I would recommend products like these over screentime gadgets anyday
