I particularly like being able to see when colleagues have time off, which makes planning my own leave requests much easier. The daily email reminders showing who’s off are also a really helpful touch.
It does exactly what it’s designed to do, and it does it exceptionally well. A genuinely great product that makes managing annual leave effortless.

In today's mobile world, misunderstandings about time off can be a common issue. This app provides a clear and accessible record of time-off requests, eliminating confusion and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Great tool - does the simple things well and for a very reasonable price.
We have multiple sites so needed a way for the team to request holidays and for the Managers to have a portal to view current booked holidays and gave Timetastic a go which has turned out to be just brilliant for what we need.
It worked first time, no glitches since we've been using it, simple for us as a managerial overview and for the team to book holidays and see how many days there were then left with.

Allows centralized process for employees to make PTO requests and easy to adminster or manage in central location. Provides good oversight for admins and approval/denial process is easy.
Software works just as needed. It's very intuitive and easy to learn and provides the right integrations and reports

Timetastic is excellent. It is good value for money and a great way to track people's leave. It is user friendly and I wouldn't be without it now. Anyone with more than 8 employees should have a similar tool I would recommend this one.
