I was amazed at the result. You wove my words perfectly. I gave it four stars because I had some trouble understanding some of the song lyrics as they were sung. All in all I am satisfied with the results.

I’ve tried other song writers… this was the BEST one by far!! The music the singer etc etc., just phenomenal!! I really can not say anything bad… so professional… recommending to everyone my husband cried( and he does not cry) it was a great song! ❤️

I ordered a custom song for $99.00 and was shocked to find that they want to add additional fees for edits and several of the edits were their fault. No upfront disclosure of any additional fees — just a list of extra charges tacked on with zero explanation and now they want me to “pay” for the final edit. I reached out via email multiple times hoping for a resolution and was met with complete indifference. No accountability & our anniversary is right around the corner. If this is not fixed by then I will dispute this with my credit card company and will be out what could have been a wonderful gift.
This kind of billing practice is deceptive and the customer service is frustrating. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to get every cost in writing before paying a single cent and beware they like to tack on cost after cost after cost….

The first song they sent me was great. The only problem was they were not pronouncing my wife's name correctly, going back-and-forth with them. Now, for about two weeks, every day, still have not got it, correct? Every time they send me a new song the song has words added different singers added to the song
I've asked them numerous times to contact me by phone. So we can get it correct. They refuse to call you just a horrible experience.

Pretty good few misunderstandings of interpretation who was who however it only took 5 days to get it right with being the other side of the world and im sure they are swamped and really made the impact I wanted . Clever idea and I did get a human talking to me in the end . I don't believe it was all AI. Worth it for my circumstances.

My song was incredibly beautiful. It captured my husband who is going through chemo perfectly and conveyed the message my whole family wanted to send. However, when I shared the song, I lost it totally and they have done absolutely nothing to help me retrieve it. I’m so sorry to write this somewhat negative review because the result of the song was so beautiful. Just don’t make a mistake sharing it and expecting any help, otherwise it will be gone forever.

Words cannot convey how happy we were with the song you created for my wife’s birthday. We have been together for over 50 years, so it is often difficult to come up with ideas for gifts for each other. Even more difficult, is to come up with something romantic. Getting her this song completely knocked it out of the park! She has been sharing it with all of her friends and our family. I am suddenly a romantic hero! The downside is, all of the women’s husbands or boyfriends, will probably hate me because I raised the bar so high!
My most heartfelt thanks to all of you at TimelessSong for such a quality product that will truly last forever. It is easily worth ten times the reasonable fee charged. Five stars is not enough!

I really love this song, made me cry but captured my heart and feelings pretty accurately. The words are beautiful, my only critique is how my daughter’s name was pronounced, even with phonetic spelling, it didn’t quite get there. But still beautiful, said her name like Siri says it, so AI, but beautiful.

Their turnaround was a little slow because they were probably swamped for Father’s Day, but the final product I received was fantastic and my husband loved it. Beautiful song written and recorded by very talented artists. I absolutely recommend them for a unique gift!

My experience with Timelesssong.com is heartbreaking. A huge peak followed by multiple valleys that left me with nothing but frustration and wasted money. I do not believe there is a single human being working for this company…I received duplicate messages responding to issues and in the end…had no song. The first version of the song I actually loved…made me cry. I made five minor lyric changes…like changing the word Grandmother to Nana. Stupidly simple replacements. The entire song was changed…the rhythm, tempo, it went from soulful to rocker…just bad! Tried to get them to fix it and it came back too slow, flat and somehow even worse. THEY DON’T SAVE ANYTHING! THEY WERE UNABLE TO REVERT TO THE QUALITY AND SOUND OF THE INITIAL VERSION! It was just gone.

Days turned into weeks and still no song I can present to my wife. I’m giving up now because the company takes longer and longer to respond to emails and lies…claiming my revisions were “extensive” when they were not. The only thing my money bought was the loss of time, patience, and trust in Timelesssong.com. Hours wasted typing responses because no actual people work here…you cannot communicate with a person; they have no phone number. I am debating initiating a chargeback request to recoup the money I invested in this hopeless situation. Weeks of bovine excrement from AI has left me exhausted and sad…and a bit mad. It is so frustrating to go in circles like this.

Timelesssong.com will test you in ways you never imagined. A simple piece of code that retains versions of the song would seem like a requirement…common sense. But no…change one tiny thing and the entire song goes to you-know-where. Common sense is not common enough and the artificial lack of intelligence at Timelesssong.com is irritating beyond measure. I hate this company now. They pushed me to the breaking point. Go ahead, pay them, and see. You can experience misery just as I did by trusting a company with no soul, no people, and no customer care. Unlike me…you were warned.

I just played this beautiful song to my best friend over a video call.
We both got a little teary with how beautifully the song described our long almost 6 decades of friendship.
