Timber Tree Specialists is a qualified and insured Tree Surgeon company based in Essex. We are a small friendly team of qualified Arborists that have 16 years worth of experience in the industry. We provide commercial and residential tree services across Essex, London & Kent. We have completed various types of tree work such as residential houses, site clearances and schools etc. All of our work is carried out professionally with the customer’s needs in mind, from start to finish. We have great pride in ensuring our customers are happy and that we fully meet their requirements at an affordable competitive price. We also have public liability insurance that covers up to £2m on accidental damages and injury cover.

Great service from Chris and the team

Great service from Chris and the team, good communications and kept us updated throughout. They did a fantastic job and tidied everything after the job was done. I would definitely highly recommend them and I will definitely use their service again in the future.

Chris and his team have completed a few jobs for me over the last year, often at short notice. Work has been carried out to the highest standard each time with the utmost professionalism and minimal fuss. Would highly recommend Chris and his team

Amazing job

Amazing job, thank you so so much. Our garden has been transformed and it’s so bright and sunny. I highly recommend Chris and his team. Worth every penny!

Doesn’t quote a fixed price .

Job for a medium size bay tree to be cut down. Thought I had a fixed price but turned up, saw me and upped the price from £450 to £600 by saying the job would take longer because couldn’t open my side gate door to take the tree out. took less than an hour.
No receipt . So not sure I would trust this lot again actually as has had mostly good reviews .
Live and learn about getting ripped off tradesmen nowadays.

Hi

We are sorry you upset about our service. We originally priced your job at £450 from a photo you sent me over via text message. When we arrived to site the tree was a lot bigger then it looked in the photo. We then gave you the option of paying us £600 to cut down the whole tree down and takeaway the waste or you can leave it and find another company cheaper to do it and you said it was fine and agreed the price. To top it off the side gate what was in the photo that you originally sent over to me, you couldn’t find the key on the day so everything had to be cut up in to small pieces and passed over a 6ft wall. That was another reason for the additional costing. There was no upfront payments made by yourself so you had the option to leave the work and go elsewhere but you was happy to still proceed with the job. You made us coffee whilst we was working and you was very happy when the job was completed as we even poisoned some of your other shrubs for you free of charge.
We have over 300 5 star reviews on the internet from happy customers so we are sorry you are not one of them.

The company that goes that exta mile…

This company goes that extra mile you only have to watch there video clips to tell they are as good as they get. This is a skilIed and should only be done by a professional if you want a good job done then use this company and yes the price is pretty good to.

Chris and his team did a great cutting…

Chris and his team did a great cutting down 2 large sycamore trees and a silver birch for us. They was very professional and very polite and I will definitely be recommending these guys to my friends and family. A very happy customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
