Good communication with owner who was very helpful with technical questions etc.

Very pleased with my recently purchases from Tilia Creations.
I order a table base and a 2 x 2 console.
Both items were very well packaged and arrived within the time scale provided.
The Tilia site was easy to navigate and the ordering process was trouble free.

Great service, very informative and great product. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service and a beautiful well made piece of furniture. A pleasure to do business with.

Beautiful product. Great customer service.

Amazing experience with this company and Mike was extremely helpful through the whole process.

Super quality sturdy product arrived within the stated timescale. I loved the fact that you could choose the desired dimensions. The plywood top was nicely finished.

Nice work, solid table base, just as I had hoped.

The base was what I was looking for so I could add a quartz top to match my my kitchen surfaces. The fact I could choose a different colout for the finish rather than it just being black was also a big plus. It’s a very sturdy base and looks fantastic. Delivery was delayed slightly due to an error by the powder coasters but Mike updated me so was not an issue. He was also very good as answering questions before I placed key order and friendly.

It is a quality product and delivered very well protected, so in perfect condition.
I could have done with better communication; there is no phone number which worried me a little as payment was made in full at the time of purchase (normal), but timing was important as the unit comprised a kitchen refurb including worktops. I felt we could have kept more in touch with when the product would reach us. It did though - so all good!

Exceptional !
I would order again ! Mike was so helpful; the table frame arrived safely and it is so well made and looks fantastic .

Excellent product. Excellent customer service.

Everything from product selection to response to product queries, order deleivery and follow-up has been excellent. Would reccommend this company.

I am delighted with the table legs I ordered. They look good quality and are substantial.
They were delivered promptly as I requested despite the work shop being busy. I was kept up to date with progress and delivery time. I am delighted and would recommend this company.

Really impressed with the quality of the work. The table base is rock solid. We needed the base to take 100kg of Granite for a table top. Not only does it do the job perfectly, it looks fantastic as well. It is another piece of "art" in our house. The base is effectively a sculpture! Thank you.

Fantastic product, delivered on time and in perfect condition

I’m really pleased with my table frame. It’s solid but still pretty elegant. It was very easy to put together, literally 4 bolts. It took a while to arrive, but it was over Xmas so it was understandable, and communication was very good
