Ordered a dress that was advertised on Facebook, initially sold out but I asked to be notified when back in. Received an email when it was so I could place the order. Lovely dress (Vanessa) great quality and so pretty, fits beautifully.

Beautiful dress, disappointing customer service
My dress arrived & it was beautiful, I waited for it to come back in stock & then sadly it arrived defected with a huge tear in. I reached out & was disappointed that I was told to return the item for a replacement which means waiting even longer to wear it. I asked for a discount code for the inconvenience because I actually love their stuff & wanted to buy something else that would then arrive quicker than the replacement but that was rejected. So based on that customer service I'm not sure I'll order again :(

Before we're able to send a replacement, we do need a photo of the return slip to show that the item has been returned. This helps us ensure the faulty item is on its way back to us so that we can return it to our supplier.

All the way in Berkshire it wasn’t available online so did call all 3 stores and received lovely service. I instead bought a different bag and it’s really lovely

I couldn't recommend enough this wonderfully friendly Boutique. I seen a beautiful dress (Vanessa one !) and as i am quite small, size was my query & i made contact online with Tiger Lily and wow, did i receive the nicest reply back-i went with the advice given and you know what, I'm glad of my purchase...its such a pretty dress, comfy and cheerful, jut like Tiger Lily Boutique. Thank you Girls! I'll be becoming a regular soon!

Great ordering and delivery. Returns are slow, I know it says allow 14 days, this is quite long to wait on refunds and puts me off buying again.
