"zogezegd" mijn pakket in de brievenbus gekregen (een hoodie en twee T-shirts, dat past er zelfs niet in), NA TALLOZE MAILS naar zowel postorderbedrijf en Tide custom zelf NIETS VERANDERD, ik heb hen tijd genoeg gegeven. BEN HET ZAT. GEEN ENKEL VOORSTEL TER VERGOEDING, alleen maar 'we zullen ervoor kijken.

Rubbish quality. Agree with other comments that image is pixilated and they are not heavyweight sweatshirts, it's just a long sleeve tee. Would not recommend.

There is a big choice on the website, i did two order so far. First one went perfectecly, second one i had an issue on the product and was surprise to get a quick answer with a solution from their customer service. I will order again 👍

I ordered the heavyweight sweatshirt. Arrived after 3 weeks. It’s just a long sleeve t-shirt. Company wants me to send back their mistake at my cost. Avoid doing business with this place!!!

This company steals designs from small businesses! Please do not support them

The t-shirt arrived with the drawing very pixelated. I complained in order to make the return, they asked me to send them a photo of the problem. I'm still waiting

Die Aufdrucke der Shirts haben zum Teil super schlechte unterirdische Qualität. Kundenservice ist absolut nicht hilfreich. ACHTUNG: Umtausch nur auf eigene Kosten direkt nach China. Wer hier bestellt muss damit rechnen wirklich schlechte China Ware zu bekommen. Es gibt so viele andere Shops, die Aufdrucke mit besserer Qualität liefern. Ich bereue es hier bestellt zu haben.

The t skirts are big in size, I ordered 4 t-shirts in L and they are baggy!
The print is also great!
Only problem is that I never got a confirmation for my order and couldn't trace it. But customer service was replying quickly and were more than helpful and service minded! I would give 5 stars but because I had to ask customer service twice about my order it will get 4 stars.

The purchases process is easy and straight forward no hidden fees. I enjoy the style of clothes and will be buying more from here again! The only thing that did worry me is how the address information is set up before you pay, but it fixed itself after. So overall really great experience to have. Keep up the good work! Thank you!

Never ever buy something here! Complete garbage and scam. Sizing a lot smaller than displayed(10cm+ off), fabric is total trash and the customer service… If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.

I bought a baggy wide fit sweatshirt and ordered xxl to be on the safe side. (I usually wear xl) it arrived 3 weeks later. It is slim cut and fits like a very snug large so I would say order 3 - 4 sizes larger than you normally would. I ordered it in baby blue. It arrived grey. I ordered 100% cotton. I received some kind of synthetic shirt like polyester. But the grafic was good (but it will peel off in the dryer so must air dry) and it has a very original cute graphic. Overall, its a ripoff, not because of the quality, (good quality actually) but because it’s not the same sweatshirt as the one pictured.

Scam. Nothing ever arrived

The sizes were a lot smaller than expected, and the quality is extremely poor, even the designs are low resolution. It's very obviously dropshipped from china.

Teriffic. It has been more than two months that it suppose to hit the delivery but has not been sent yet. Luckly i have purchased via klarna and not payed yet, probably going to do claim against. Customer rights come first. You can do business like this...

I contacted this company to say I no longer wanted the item and this was before they had sent it. It had already been 2 weeks since I ordered and it hadn’t been posted. They then sent it anyway, and refused to give me a return address until I had asked for it FIVE times.
When the jumper finally arrived the quality is embarrassingly bad. It’s paper thin and the print is blurred, so I began the process to return it after finally getting an address from them. Returns including tax are the responsibility of the buyer apparently so it’s going to cost me nearly £20 to send it back, so I’ve all but lost my money. AVOID like the plague!

I bought a sweatshirt off tide-custom.com and finding NO reviews anywhere I wondered if the business was legitimate and had some doubts about the product turning up. It did turn up, thankfully. The quality was not too bad. The sweatshirt was meant to be stonewashed and it wasn't as stonewashed as it looked in the photo. The material was lovely and soft but a little thinner than I expected. I only waited about 2 weeks for the product and because of all these'processing time' clauses you see on these sites, I was expecting it to take longer. After the purchase I had absolutely no email confirmation from this business and no shipping or tracking info and this is my main reason for giving them only 3 stars. The other thing I would say is the sizing is UK true. I am a small person who likes oversized clothes so I bought an xl and it is a massive xl, they certainly don't do this small Chinese sizing where you find an xl to be a UK medium. XL = XL.
