Ordered my board a week ago with it stating next day delivery. I wanted it for my birthday this weekend but it has been a no show. The only response i received was to say it states on their website it is a pre-order(it doesn't) and that I will receive it by the end of the week. Now the website shows all boards sold out and it will definitely not arrive in time for my birthday. All further attempts to contact have been ignored. Judging by the other reviews her... thousands of pounds have been taken from people when they would have known they couldn't fulfil orders.

Ordered a board for my sons birthday as they offered next day delivery and said it was in stock. Board was due to be delivered on the 17th July and never turned up. Still no sup. I had to purchase one from another supplier who actually has the stock and came next day ! (Big thanks to sandbanks sup)
I have messaged and called with no response, so am now out of pocket and no clue as to what is going on.
They are basically selling a product they do not have , false advertising and theft !

Board purchased on the 11th of July with the intention of next day delivery as stated on their website. But once order was placed an email was received stating delivery would be on the 17th July. On the 17th it was clear the goods were not going to arrive and so I initiated contact with the business. And this is where it was clear that their customer service is non-existent or extremely limited and laxed.
Not only did I email them, I tried to ring them multiple times only for the phone to be cut off at point of leaving a message. I decided to messaged through Facebook and finally received a message from them 2 days later via messenger to say that it was a pre-order item only and was stated firmly on website, which was indeed incorrect and continues at present to be incorrect. At that point of contact I requested a refund, my messaged funnily has been ignored. Today the 23rd of July I have finally received an email that was sent almost a week ago telling the same false information that the goods were preorder and that they have suffered delivery issues and now delivery is a further few days. Again I have emailed requesting a refund but of course I expect no response from them as I am looking at all the other trustpilot reviews and it seems a lot of people have been misled. A lot of people have spent their harder earned money and have no board to show for it, there’s no customer service to even give you a slightest bit of confidence regarding this business or the board. I think it’s time Trading standards got involved as this company do not wish to own up to the misleading information on their website or instil any confidence that I may receive my board in the near future

So I purchased a board on the 18th as I was told next day delivery would take place.
It’s the 23rd and I’ve not had an email nor any confirmation saying unfulfilled on status I took the week off work to enjoy my new hobby in which tidal rave has taken from me they have taken my £279 pounds and I have called their non existent customer service line for days but only getting opt 3 to leave voicemail I have send 7 emails with no response!! Today I had a fb message stating that the board I had ordered was out of stock and I will receive some time next week !! This is a lie as the board I wanted was out of stock so I went with an alternative one which was in stock . They also mentioned I knew this information via email which I have not which also is a lie . I have contacted trading standards as this has had a massive impact on a lot of people already . I wish you all the best hope you will get your boards I have to wait till the 29th for the bank to give me the money back.

I ordered a Paddel board on the 12th of July for next day delivery then due to high demand was told it was due to arrive on the 17th which i understood due to the time of year. I then later had an email due to high demand agine it would arrive on the 22nd. I've left 3 separate emails and phoned 3 times just for an update and still no board or even a reply.

Ordered boards for next day delivery on the 12th and today the 23rd still haven’t received the boards no reply on instagram or no reply through email??avoid them at all costs

Absolutely shocking experience so far, ordered on 6th July, received order confirmation. Absolutely no communication since and there is no way of contacting them as they don’t respond! Avoid at all costs.

Also now trying to say it was a pre-order, clearly stated in stock but high demand delivery, also have the email confirming this.

Tidal rave big disappointment. I ordered two boards on the 15th. Had plenty of cheaper options but went with tidal rave due to Thier false claim of next day delivery.
I have since heard nothing and have tried to make contact. You are met with a connection straight to voicemail when you call. The customer support email sends an automated response saying they will get back to you within 24 hours. That's now been over a week of trying to contact this customer service less company. I will have to dispute the payment to try and get my money back. Don't be fooled by their marketing and delivery claims on the website. Avoid!!!!!

No where did it say pre order it said in stock. The optics of blaming customers for your mistakes is not good. Tidal rave now gaslighting customers. This speaks volumes.

Much the same as everyone else. I ordered on the 12th July. Picked a board that was in stock and was given a delivery date of 15th July when placing the order. The order confirm said 17th July. I got an email on the 15th saying they were awaiting the stock, it would arrive with them on the 21st and I would receive it by the 22nd.
It hasn’t been delivered and they are ignoring my emails. They’ve got time to delete negative comments on their social media though.
I would have gone elsewhere to get a board in time for my holiday if I’d known their website was deceptive with the dates and availability.

Update Following your reply…. Even today (24/07/26) your website still says ‘high demand delivery 17th July’. Nowhere did it say preorder. It said it was in stock. Otherwise I would have gone somewhere else.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Can’t comment on the quality of the board as it never arrived! I’ve had to do a charge back with my bank to get the money back. Tidal Rave are IMPOSSIBLE to contact. They promise next day delivery but that’s a lie. I haven’t even received a confirmation email in over a week. Believe the reviews you read. Go elsewhere imo.

Placed order on 10th July expecting next day delivery as advertised. Received email on 14th July saying they had stock supply issues and that my order would be sent out on the 21st July and would be delivered no later than the 22nd July. Today is the 22nd July and I have had no further correspondence from Tidal Rave or any delivery couriers to confirm when my order will be delivered ! They are not responding to my emails, Facebook messenger or my voicemails ! Their “customer support contact number” just rings and rings, placed in a queue to just be cut off or goes to answer phone. They have taken my money and are now not responding to any of my calls or messages! Avoid at all costs ! I now have no choice but to report to trading standards and take this matter to court ! Disgusting company DO NOT BY ANY PRODUCTS from this “company” !

I wish there was an option to give zero stars - 1 star feels like too many.
I also haven't received my order which was placed on 11 July. Phone number on website goes straight to voicemail and I've had no response to my email. I've just had to contact my credit card company to try to get a refund.
Dodgy company - please avoid!!

I ordered a board it was then delayed due to shipping and i was told it would arrive wedneday the following week so i had to stay home from work only for it not to arrive and no response from customer service dispite sending multiple emails and phone calls

The company has never posted my product. I have not recieved any correspondence from the company.
I think this company is a SCAM
The phone doesnt connect and they certainly do not get back to your email in 48 hours like promised.

Product was purchased on the 11th July. We are now going away with no paddle board.

Very dissapointed.

I ordered my SUP last week as I am going away next week. It says next day delivery on their website. It has been almost a week and I have had no email to say when it will be delivered. I’ve tried contacting them on FB messenger and they have ignored my messages. I have left a comment asking where my board is on their FB video advert and they have deleted it. I have sent multiple emails and they say they will respond within 48 hours and they have ignored every email. I have even tried calling the phone number on their website and each time it says they are unavailable. I have filed a report with my credit card company. I am fuming with their customer service. I am honestly thinking this company is a scam now.

Ordered my board and pump on the 4th of July for my birthdaywith the promise that it would be delivered no later than the 16th as we were due to go to Devon I’ve ordered two boards from them before no problems but this time Round not the same experience tried to call hundreds of times no answer. I’ve emailed had one response saying it will be with me by the 21st. It is now the 22nd and still it has not been delivered or I’ve not heard anymore. I’ve emailed again and again to see if I can change your address as I am not home this is kinda spoiled my holiday as I’m spending my time panicking thinking of paddle board to arrive at my house and I’m not there now. I just want a refund and even then I’m still waiting for an answer for that so disappointed because I do love these boards customer services shocking leaving everybody in the dark as I’ve just read a lot of bad reviews. With people also experiencing the same thing all we need is answers and communication.😕

Order boards last week for my partners birthday trip away this week. Said it would be here by the 17th…it is the 21st and no boards, nor ANY update on the status of the order!!!
Have emailed and no one has responded.
Birthday plans are absolutely ruined and no one will answer via customer service channels - this is shocking and completely unacceptable.

I ordered my bored on the 11th. 14th came I had a email saying it was delayed would be despatched today still hasn’t. I’m absolutely appalled by the customer service I can see most people are in the same boat I’ve contacted them thought everything I possibly can. Even the phone number just ring and say can’t take your call then hang up don’t car about customers I’ve emails them trying to cancel my order I’ll keep you updated
