Great product and exactly as described.

Sent a ticket about delivery and heard nothing back. Lots of unwanted emails about why I’ve done well choosing this product but zero correspondence. The board ended up being delivered whilst I was away on holiday and just left on my doorstep for anyone to have. I’m lucky I have a good neighbour who removed it to keep it safe.

Product awesome - customer service lets this brand down.

The product itself is fantastic unfortunately the delivery process is very slow and the customer service is non existent.
I had to email multiple time to find out where my product is and had absolutely no response from anyone.
I feel this is very poor as when you make the purchase it is followed by a email apparently from the owner saying “if there’s any problem myself and my team are always here” then when you have a problem nobody bothers to help.

I’m really pleased with my paddle board. It came with a fantastic selection of accessories, which makes it great value for money and means you have pretty much everything you need to get started straight away. The board itself is excellent quality and looks great — I’ve already had lots of comments from people who have seen it!

I didn’t have to wait too long for the board to arrive, which was a bonus. The only slight disappointment was the customer service, which could have been a little better, as I felt this let the overall experience down slightly.

That said, the quality of the board and the amount of accessories included definitely make up for it. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and I’d definitely order from this company again. Would highly recommend! 🏄‍♀️🌊

delivery was delayed by a few weeks but the board is well worth the wait , it is a superb boards and i would recommend the product to anyone that asks.

Order was delayed and we ended up driving to the warehouse and picked it up ourselves as customers service wasn't great
The man at the warehouse was extremely helpful and polite.

Board is amazing and very good quality but trying to get in touch with support was shit as I read lost of trust pilot reviews after my order was placed about them moving delivery dates and people not receiving their boards so I messaged asking for updates and even a cancellation as the same happened to me but I then received my board a week after the due date and a few days after the the next due date they gave me.

Love the products, easy to use and exactly as described. Very much lives up to billing. Been great fun getting out on the water and would highly recommend Tidal Rave Sports...getting packed up for another trip as I type this so better get paddling!

The board is sick vibrant colours and quality built there is a slight defect on the pumps air chamber plug but nothing major hasn't changed my experience and the board is comfortable and glides across the water well

Great Paddle Board & accessories, however delivery & communications an issue, said in stock when it wasn’t, couldn’t get an accurate delivery date, so a short but unnecessary delay of a couple of weeks, when it contacted them, the response didn’t bear any relevance to my query, my second query didn’t even get a response, presumably because my board arrived a few days later. Overall happy, but customer service needs improvement

When I ordered the paddle board it stated next day delivery I ended up waiting over 2 weeks for it , very hard to get hold of customer services via phone or email . I had initially ordered it for a weekend away but it didn't arrive in time , so had to hire one ,

It was worth all the frustrations though as the paddle board is very good quality I absolutely love it !
Would of given 5 stars 🌟 had it not been for the lack of customer services who were hard to get hold of and unhelpful

Interesting to see these reviews, doesn't surprise me really as I can see Vortex Air going the same way, customer service from them is absolute dire. I cannot tell you the amount of emails I have logged for one purchase and break down of a fan! Yes I will write it on here as you are the same company. I want my refund you have had my return for 10 days now and no response. This is for a fan , but seems you are in breech of trustpilot anyway.
Steer clear future purchasers, do not buy ANYTHING from this 2 bit company their customer service is nigh on non existent.

Absolutely over the moon with my recent purchase. The quality of the kit really impressed me.
Every piece of it is really well made.
My wife and I had our first outing on our new paddle boards last weekend.
It was her first time trying SUP and the high quality, stability and performance of the board went along way to making it a great experience for her.
We're already looking forward to this weekend to get out on the water again.

Ordered 2x infinity boards came within a week but was kept upto date with the situation all the way through 1 got delivered but should have been 2 but i rang up and they sorted the 2nd board instantly dispatched and recieved 2 day later fantastic service from start to finish and the boards are excellent and good quality aswell thanks again tidal rave

Hi the service i recived was great. The board itself is also great. A slight delay in delivery but when you have a great product and loads of orders this is to be excepted.

Firstly, I would like to state the I have no involvement or relation to Tidal Rave and that this review expresses my own opinions and experience.

I ordered 2 x paddle boards, 1 x for me and 1 x for my partner on 04/07/2026.

We received delivery on 30/07/2026. I understand there has been a long wait due to Tidal Rave awaiting the incoming stock. It is difficult with supply delays.

Happy when opening the packages as the paddle boards are the correct sizes and designs ordered. They feel like great quality and all the accessories that need to be in the box, are all accounted for 🙂

Still need to test them out on the water to make sure the paddle boards and hand pumps etc are all in working order... Will have to get back to you this one... but so far so good...

The reason I cannot give 5 stars is due to lack of proper communication on the purchasing journey🙁
Some of my emails and Instagram messages were never replied to. I did, however, receive both the update emails that were sent to me. And I did then also receive the tracking number for each paddle board.

The product looks great so far, but I do think that communication needs to be improved a lot. It has been frustrating for a number of people

Overall, I can admit the it has not been the greatest experience, but it definately has not been the worst. I am glad I had patience and waited for the paddle boards and super excited to get out on the water!

Shocking service all round never gotta hold of anyone and when you do and log the problem you never hear back and as for Thier next-day delivery I waited 3 weeks before cancelling that order and I still have a leaking board waiting to be returned. It's now in the hands of the bank avoid this company at all cost

Absolutely terrible, id urge anyone to stay away from this company to buy anything
I purchased a paddle board off their website on the 13th July based on delivery for the 17th, nothing turned up on the 17th so I emailed them with no reply, tried to call them 24 hours later the number on the internet no one answers, I emailed multiple times to request a refund and to try and find out what’s going on, no reply what so ever, the board turned up today, 13 days after the proposed delivery date and 17 days after the order was placed and paid for
Absolute shocking company and customer service, I would not recommend them to anyone
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
