This is a SCAM company, they pretend to approve you, ask for your personal documents then once they have received a ton of stuff they decline you, has happened with myself and multiple others, be VERY careful, do NOT send this SCAM company any personal documents. They are clearly harvesting documents and data of individuals.

Criminal Loans
Criminal Loans - I requested a £1000 loan over 12 months, with repayments to start on last day of the month (the day I am paid). Instead was offered £1000 loan over 6 months, with repayments to start 2 days before I get paid, which would have definitely caused me to default. The loan would have also cost me £788.90 - Total rip-off - Companies like this exploit poor, desparate people and I will be reporting to the Financial Services Authority - Avoid this company like a plague; they are a disease preying on underprivileged people - Staff who work for them should be ashamed of themselves. They have no morals.
Reference your reply: I do not think the use of the word "forbearance" applies when you charge approx £788 on a 6 month £1,000 loan - Most moral companies charge around £150 on such loans. The word that applies to your company is "Predatory".

Dear Gary, £1000 over 6 months is the maximum allowed by law (CAP). The repayment date was set by you on the application form you filled on the broker side. Furthermore, you can choose to amend the repayment date before you sign the contract. Moreover, our interest rates are similar to all high-cost-short-term lenders due to the high risk of default and high cost of acquisition involved. We have thousands of satisfied customers whom we helped in time of need and always acted with forbearance when they needed help from us. We are sorry for your choice of words.
Punished for early settlement
Had a loan which i repaid EARLY. Next time i went back for a new loan was declined. My credit has improved as well. So basically punished for repaying early and improving your credit score. Have gone elsewhere. Useless. Thanks for your reply but your timeout period doesnt apply so your reply just shows that you are trying to be wideos. YOU have a nice day! Sausages man

Dear Clare, Under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, and our affordability policy, that prevents customers from getting into a swiral of debt, each customer can receive a total of four loans in two years: with a cooling period of 30 days between loans one and two and 60 days between loans two, three and four subject to affordability assessments. Very suspicious company be very careful. I've tried them, they took all my bank details then decline the loan. Seems like a fraud. I've move all my money incase, it's a fraudulent company.

Awful.
Paid an installment early but the website didn't update with my early payment, so still showed that I owed the original amount. I emailed customer services and the confirmed they would not try and take payment due to the early payment but they have tried taking the money and then emailed saying they would charge me a fee of £15 if I didn't pay by 16:30 that day. I tried calling but they end the call their side, only way of contact is email.

Usually have a good experience with Ticktock loans I have had a few loans with them but recently when I re-applied they are not doing the soft or hard credit check which they usually do as I am a paid member of equifax and experian as well as have a free account with trans union and I always get an alert but this time I am instantly declined all my incoming payments and outgoings are pretty much the same so it can not be anything to do with affordability as why would they approve.me twice before but not this time.
Really confused and no point asking for an explanation its just pre-written responses.
