I was worried about using this site but my experience has been very positive. Good communication and a smooth process. I would use them again.

I was quite nervous about parting with money and hoping for the best. What makes me more nervous is when you cannot easily contact companies by phone. I ordered tickets and emailed Ticket Port as the date of the event got closer. Ticket Port did respond quickly, they reassured me and the tickets came through as promised. I would certainly use Ticket Port again I cant fault the service I received.

Great experience with Ticketport. Very efficient with great communication throughout. Would definitely use them again.

Thank you for the communication through out the process. I traveled to the show in Edinburgh from the US and was a bit nervous since the tickets were expensive and was all electronic.
Ticket Port sent my tickets as promised to my email about a week before the show.

Customer service was amazing.every email was answerd very quickley.i was very aprehensive about using ticketport wich i did tell them bit they reashured me many times.tickets arrived well in time with no problems at venue.would use again and recomend .

I booked tickets to see Mickey Flanagan at the O2 with TicketPort. The whole process was quick and easy. I had a confirmation email and helpful details about the venue. I would definitely use TicketPort again.

I needn't have worried.. the regular communication was very reassuring!
Tickets (mobile) via Ticketmaster arrived a week before the show and all I had to do was accept them.

Used this to purchase Micky Flanagan tickets at the O2. I was dubious but we really wanted to see him. The tickets were £140 for £40 face value tickets, but if you want to see the artist and they are sold out, you have no choice. Tickets were delivered by AXS which can be shown on an app on your phone. All worked fine. Sadly Micky Flanagan was a disappointment.

I was sceptical at first after reading bad reviews about other ticketing re-sale websites but everything went smoothly, just as described in the FAQs. E Tickets came through 4 days before the gig. I had a query too that was answered quickly via email. Definitely worth trying if you need tickets after missing out through usual channels. I will use again if I need to.

After being messed around by a major online ticket reseller, where the tickets I purchased were not as advertised., I looked at the reviews for Ticketport and decided to purchase from them.

So glad I did- excellent service, tickets as stated and super quick delivery.

Would use again without hesitation.
