I had made an extensive search about purchasing football tickets outside of the official club site. I found out that these football clubs have partnered with third party (official resellers) as an alternative option for fans.
Having said this, I went to attend 2 matches with tickets booked via Ticketed.com (Travel Connection)
i.e. - Crystal Palace v. Shakhtar and Fulham v. Bournemouth. The instructions on how to use the ticket were easy to understand and clear. The Fulham game I went to was a memorable one as it was my first time purchasing a hospitality ticket and to make things easier when I go to the reception, my name was included in the list. This showed me that the website ensured the ticket was guaranteed to me. I would definitely come back and purchase ticket from this website again!

Attending a Liverpool FC match organized through Ticketed.com was a great experience. The whole process was smooth and well-organized, from purchasing the tickets to entering the stadium. Bayern Munich Ticket Package - Excellent experience!
Excellent experience using Ticketed.com and Travel Connection to book a Bayern Munich ticket package. We had 3 great seats all together near the front of the upper tier of the Allianz Arena. The package also included a stadium and arena tour for a non-match day and a city bus tour. The tickets were not released until a week before the match, but they all came through and everything worked very smoothly. Thanks again to Jessica for answering our questions in the lead up.
I would definitely recommend Ticketed.com for sports ticket packages.

Ticketed for Premier League games
We used Ticketed through the Arsenal website to purchase hospitality tickets. Coming from Australia this was the most convenient way to secure tickets. Jessica from Ticketed was prompt at responding and also communicating the ticketing process as you don't receive the tickets until a few days out from game. She was also great at communicating process for stadium tour of Emirates. We bought for Arsenal/Aston Villa and also Arsenal/Liverpool. Spent a considerable amount of money in advance and the process and experience was perfect. Highly recommend buying the tickets through Ticketed

Wonderful experience
The experience was effortless from the very beginning. From the Purchase of the tickets to receiving them and the event. With all the warnings about unauthorised ticket dealers it’s good to know that there are trusted ones like them especially if you’re travelling from another country. I had an amazing experience purchasing my Arsenal game tickets. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the seats we received were absolutely phenomenal — even better than I expected. What really stood out was their customer service. I made the mistake of not purchasing a ticket for my four-month-old child for the sold out game and when I called their customer service line just minutes before the game started (around 8 PM), someone actually answered and helped me right away. They were professional, understanding, and made sure everything went smoothly so we didn’t miss a moment of the match. Legit tickets, good experience
Found them because they are listed as an authorized reseller on Chelsea’s websites. Pricing for hospitality packages was much more affordable, email responses from customer service were super quick, and overall a very positive experience. FYI for those who do excessive research like me: though tickets purchased directly from Chelsea are digital (through the club app), these tickets were provided as a PDF and I had no issues with scanning the QR code at the gate or when showing the tickets at hospitality.

Customer service was amazing! I had accidentally bought a certain tier of tickets that I did not want and even though technically it was not refundable, they did everything they could to get the tier of tickets that I wanted - and they did! Extremely responsive. And the tickets are legit and we thoroughly enjoyed the game!

Great Experience with Ticketed…
I booked five tickets for my friends and I to go see Villa vs Palace on a Friday; however, the game got moved to Sunday and we would not have been able to make it. We didn't know this could happen and would have lost the tickets; thankfully, Jessica was very kind and contacted their account handler and explained our situation, and as a gesture of goodwill they agreed to cancel the tickets for us. This is 5-star service and we are grateful to Ticketed and Jessica for helping us out! We will definitely be using Ticketed in the future :)

easy booking, good prices and helpful customer service
Booked 3 tickets for me and my sons for FC Barcelona v Real Madrid on the 11th of May . I was worried as we had been stung by fraud tickets in the past, but the helpful customer service by Jessica set our mind at ease and everything worked smoothly. The tickets were great and we had a really great time at the match -a dream come true for my sons to see a classico live! One small inconvenience of booking tickets for Barcelona is that we had to supply extra passenger info before the game, but we then received the tickets with no problem a few days before the match. As I was taking my kids, I don't mind them having good security measures in place.
Dealing with Ticketed was easy and Jessica was very helpful throughout the process. Will book again!
