I ordered the SSS Algo software from Tickblaze recently. The software was easy to use and had good features. It worked relatively well for a while but I started having a few technical glitches. Technical support was very responsive in trying to help but I decided the software was not going to work for me and I asked for a refund. Tickblaze sent me a 100% refund. This is definitely a stand-up company. I wish all companies were this easy to deal with.

⭐ Title: Passed all benchmarks, but denied funding and $5k bonus without explanationOver the past four months, I put a massive amount of time and effort into successfully hitting all the required evaluation benchmarks on my account. However, once I reached the finish line, PropShop’s Risk Management department denied my transition to a live account. To make matters worse, they also withheld the $5,000 completion bonus that I earned by successfully hitting those targets.The only explanation provided was a generic, blanket compliance statement: they "were unable to verify the Benchmark progression and account history with the level of certainty required."When I politely asked for basic operational clarity—simply trying to understand if there was an issue with my strategy, IP addresses, or a specific rule so I could learn and avoid repeating the mistake—customer support flatly refused to give any details. Instead, they stonewalled me, stated that this was their "final response," and immediately closed my support ticket.While I understand that passing benchmarks makes an account eligible for review rather than automatically guaranteed, denying a trader after four months of hard work—without citing a single specific rule violation or offering any feedback—is completely unacceptable.If you are looking for a prop firm that values transparency, provides clear feedback, and actually rewards you for hitting your targets, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. PropShop has proven they will waste your time and withhold your bonuses without providing the basic transparency required to build long-term trust.

I really enjoyed the live trading room, which I purchased at the beginning of the year. However, I was heartbroken and disappointed when it was suddenly discontinued on the 9th of July and replaced with a new programme, The Syndicate, which requires an additional investment of around $10,000–$15,000. Jason from TickBlaze has also kept calling and emailing me to join, but as I’m still a student and learning, that kind of pressure can be difficult.
As a beginner trader, that simply wasn’t something I could afford, so I decided to move to a different group and firm, where I’ve now been for the past two months. I’ve focused on one simple order-flow strategy, and I’m pleased to say that I’ve been able to pass and receive a second payout.
Looking back, I’m actually glad I made the move. Personally, I believe trying to trade 15 different strategies can lead to analysis paralysis and make it much harder to develop consistency.
Another thing I found difficult was the platform itself. In my experience, it has had far too many bugs, crashes, and freezing issues, which can be extremely frustrating, especially when you are trying to trade in real time. For me, that also made it difficult to justify paying more for another programme when the platform itself was not consistently reliable.
Even now, it seems like there’s a new algo, indicator, or programme being introduced almost every week.Right now they have just added another Hatt algo.
That approach may work for some traders, but for me, keeping things simple has been much more effective.
There are absolutely no hard feelings, and I genuinely wish everyone at TickBlaze all the best moving forward.

Tickblaze is trash and they suck at customer service it's the worst trading platform know to man!!!! They will screw you out of your money and not close your trades

I've been using TickBlaze for a while. About 8 months. It has a lot of potential - maybe. It's not very customizable. Its UI is a lot like Ninja Trader which I don't particularly like. But that's not a reason for a 1 star review. The reason for the 1 star is where it really matters. Order execution, data reliability, chart stability, and overall robustness, and user experience. In these areas, it's so bad, it shouldn't be available for purchase. There was a Beta version and they felt confident enough to go out of Beta into full user version. I'm not alone in this either. Imagine placing a trade, real money on the line, and your chart(s) freeze. The entire platform just locks up with your order already placed!! Unbelievable!! Imagine placing an order, this time your platform stays working. Your trade plays out, you exit the trade. Then the next day you come to your charts and see your account is down $3,500!!! Yes, this happens all the time!! It's a known common occurrence!! Your trade somehow remained active even though the platform told you, you are flat. Yes this is part of TickBlaze and the user experience. Imagine getting to your trading desk, everything seems ok. You place a trade and again the entire platform freezes. This time the charts are responsive enough to exit the trade, but the charts are unusable because of their instability. So you have to restart your platform. Then the same happens again. You have to restart your platform in hopes it will respond this time. Then support says you should delete some folder deep in the AppSys part of Windows and try again. I hear from support that they know about these issues. But they are not making any meaningful changes. The platform is literally junk. All the fancy trading tool and algos they charge big money for do not work on the platform. Sure they work for the demo by the owner, but they don't work in a non-demo environment. Here's the kicker. If you are a TB customer, you will get lots of emails asking you to invest into TickBlaze "Only for Accredited Investors". I seriously considered investing into TB in the beginning because the owner talks a big game but I'm SO GLAD I did NOT invest a penny into this company. It's just such a poorly designed product. It's unusable. The experience of using it is so terrible!! I could go on and on, but you get the idea. I'm a very active trader. Been doing this for a long time and have used real trading platforms. TB is F tier for sure. It really can't get any worse than it this. You know the platform that your grandmother used back in the AOL days? That's much better than TB.

The web platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but that's where the positives end. I experienced multiple connection issues, which is unacceptable when trading. Even worse, I encountered runaway orders and received several bad fills, costing me money and confidence in the platform.

For a trading platform, execution and reliability are everything. Unfortunately, Tickblaze failed in both areas. Until these issues are resolved, I can't recommend it to anyone who values stable and accurate trade execution.

Losing money all the time

Platform is Fantastic, The sales practices are sketchy. The latest was $18,000 for a group that optimizes your Algos , plus you get all Algos for free.Jason the head of sales was the guy that called after the Presentation for this $18,000 group. The call was no more than 5 min , telling me how great Sean was and then laid out the price. The guy leading this group, Sean , that snorts and coughs constantly said and I quote. “if you buy their ALGOS and not opt in for the $18,000 program you will Fail” PLEASE REMEMBER THIS WHEN THEY HAVE THEIR NEXT LAUNCH FOR THE NEXT SHINNY ALGO. Love the Platform but the deception and customer service is terrible

i mean im getting a lot of issues im facing with you guys regarding the log in,referrals and who knows what in the future

I have had to deal with many trading platform support people over the years, and I have to say that the Tickblaze support has been the best by far. In particular was my last support effort. I was unable to get my charts to display properly, and after spending hours attempting to identify and correct the problem on my own I contacted Tickblaze support. My technician, Willie, was diligent in providing the correct solution in a timely manner, providing clear and easy to follow steps. Hope all my future support tickets go directly to Willie with Tickblaze Support!

I attended Tickblaze HATT webinar with Sean last 2 days & it was fantastic! Sean taught Heiken Ashi candles along w/ RSI, EMAs for buy & sell setups. His mentoring & instructions was spot on! Tuesday's buy signal was great to watch & learn the setup. Sean demonstrated the use of 15 min setups to swing trade & smaller time frames, 3 & 5 min to scalp NQ moves. Dan B.

I am not a Tickblaze user, perhaps a protential one. I am a long term Ninjatrader trader with large investment in time and money. Thus, resistance is strong to switch platforms because, even though they both use C#,the software is not compatible. It is interesting to observe the development and evolution of the Tickblaze product and offerings.

Tickblaze is an outstanding trading platform — super fast, extremely powerful, and incredibly well‑designed. The tools they provide are top‑tier and make professional analysis accessible even for retail traders. The training material is excellent as well, structured in a way that helps you truly understand the logic behind institutional trading.

I especially want to thank Sean Kozak. He is a phenomenal coach, and I’ve already learned so much from him. His teaching style, clarity, and dedication have had a huge impact on my development as a trader. I’m genuinely grateful for everything he has taught me.
