A different item arrived. Costumer service was great! They sent me the correct pair and gifted me the one that got sent by mistake. I didnt even had to struggle one single bit. Meg from costumer service was kind and the process was very easy.

Ich habe das erste Mal bei Thursday Boots in den USA bestellt. Da eine Retoure aufgrund der hohen Versandkosten nicht kostenlos ist, habe ich per Mail Kontakt zu Thursday Boots aufgenommen und eine sehr gute Beratung bezüglich der Größe bekommen. Die gelieferten Sneaker passen hervorragend, sind „true to size“. Die Lieferzeit lag bei neun Tagen, was ich auch sehr gut finde. Auch die Qualität der Schuhe lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, die Farbe ist genau wie abgebildet, die Passform sehr gut und sie haben auch ein herausnehmbares Fußbett. Daher von mir fünf Sterne für Service, Lieferzeit und Preis – Leistungsverhältnis!
P.S.: Bezüglich der vorigen schlechten Bewertungen: Bitte direkt bei „thursdayboots.com“ bestellen, dann erlebt Ihr auch keine bösen Überraschungen!

It is already my second pair of shoes I am buying from Thursdayboots. I do not know why are some customers complaining. I am from Lithuania, they ship the shoes on the same week, if you order on Monday and add express delivery. The shoe quality is really good, yes it is not the super premium, but for this price you are getting the best deal and if you know how to take care of your shoes, they will last you for ages.
I would not write the review if not for the super customer service they have (just because I am too lazy). Super helpful, I got an answer the same day with a positive outcome - a brand new pair. I was super happy and the next pair of shoes is definitely bought only here!

2 stars as the product quality is nice but they are far from true to size. I always wear 10.5 and ordered the same but they fit like a 10 and I got blisters on my foot. Won’t recommend at all

I have purchased several different styles of boots from Thursday Boot Company for my husband. I am always more than pleased with their products. The boots are very comfortable, and fit nicely. He is on his feet all day for work and these boots are wonderful!
I also appreciate their customer service team! They are always very helpful and friendly. They do their best to help get things taken care of as quickly and easily as possible.
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I wished I read these reviews before purchasing. I purchased two pairs of shoes, one leather and the other suede. As reported in other reviews the leather loafers squeak loudly when walking and have large side gapping. The suede pair are also a bit big but the suede is damaged in that it is worn/suede rubbed along the sides and at the heel to sole, as if someone has been wearing them.

I've contacted to arrange a return from the UK and as reported in other reviews they expect me to pay to return. The two pairs came in a large box about 55cm x 30cm x 25cm so this will be expensive to return to the US.

I'm currently waiting a response to my email regarding shipping but I'm not optimistic based on other reviews.

Back in September '25 I ordered a pair of Captain Stormking boots. From day one, they have been the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever worn. In early June '26 I noticed the sole beginning to separate at the tip of the boot. I reached out to Thursday with photos, use, and original order number, only to express my concern. They were very pro-active and, long story short, I have a new replacement pair on the way, no charge. I'm extremely satisfied with their communication and their willingness to stand behind their products.

The After sales service in Thursday is top notch. First of all i am in France so when I received a faulty items that usually mean lengthy email back n froth to figure out who is responsible for the return shipping fees. But Thursday process was really easy. Once they identify the problems they ship me the replacement right away. this kind of customer service give me faith to keep ordering from Thursday.

Love, love, love my Heritage Captains. So gorgeous! I have rather wide feet for a woman, and these give my toes so much room to be happy in. The color and quality of the leather is absolutely perfect! They're so solid and feel like they'll last a long time! Customer service has also been absolutely top notch. If you're on the fence about ordering these boots, you won't be disappointed. I'm so happy I took a chance on ordering them, even though I'm in Europe. Also, for those who wonder, shipping time was super fast, even transatlantic. I can't stop staring at these lovely boots. *Important edit* I wear a 40 in EU sizes. I ordered the men's Heritage Captain in size 7 and the fit is perfect. (Did NOT size down as recommended.) I ordered men's because I specifically wanted the western heel and lots of toe room.

Impossible to return - they will make it super expensive and complex. Do not buy unless you magically know your size.

I recently ordered a pair of the Premier Low Top in Deep Blue.
They did an excellent job on the style and pricing. I’ve been a longtime ECCO customer, but their prices have become quite high, and your offering was very appealing.
The upper is clearly made from quality leather and appears to be well-constructed. However, the shoes are unfortunately very uncomfortable. After about an hour of wear, I find I need to change into another pair, and because of this, I likely won’t continue wearing them.
The overall fit feels clunky, as though most of the design focus went into the upper, with less attention given to the sole and footbed.
If you are looking for an UNcomfortable shoe at a decent price then Thursday Boot Company is your destination

The shoes themselves other than i didn't get my sizing right are nice.The return and refund system is extremely slow and due to uk us currency i was short chaged on the refund and paid an arm and a leg to send them back to the usa.I wouldnt advise buying from them outside the usa unless your sure of your sizing .I just got my refund in part after 2 months

I wish I’d read their reviews before ordering. Every pair of trainers I’ve had in the last 10 years have been a 10.5 or 11. I ordered a size 10.5 and they are MASSIVE! Thursday want £25 plus shipping at my own cost to do any sort of exchange or return. Absolutely dreadful customer service. Avoid.

I have 2x pairs of boots from Thursday. You can tell they are very good quality. On my second pair I had a quality damage issue after a few months of wear and they resolved my inquiry right away and offered a new pair. They really came through in customer service and earned even more respect, thank you!

Thursday Boot Company's support team was polite and responsive when I raised issues with my return. They refunded my original, expensive shipping costs and sent a prepaid label that covered customs, so the package didn't get stuck at the border.
That said, I still wouldn't recommend buying from Thursday Boot Co if you're in the UK unless returns have improved since. UK consumers expect a straightforward returns process, and this only worked out because I pushed back and support stepped in with what they described as a "courtesy" exception. That shouldn't be the standard experience.
3 stars – decent product, good customer service recovery, but the underlying returns process for UK customers needs fixing.

I recently purchased a pair of boots from Thursday Boot co. A few months later, the zipper broke. I reached it to them and a rep by the name of Meg responded. Told her the issue and immediately offered a replacement pair. This company stands by their product and guarantees it. Fast and very professional customer service. I am now a Thursday Boot Co. customer for life!

Ordered two pairs of boots. They were "shipped" in the sense that a shipping label was created. After a week, I checked with their AI customer service, and they said the shipment was "lost". Trying to navigate their online ordering system to cancel and get a refund is a waste of time. Tried their customer service number and it immediately gets cut off. Working with Amex to cancel the order.

Even though I read some reviews, I decided to give the Challenger boots a try and I must say, they are amazing! The quality is incredible! Just a heads-up, you’ll need to order in US size.

After working from home for the past five years since the pandemic, I recently landed a new job where I’ll be working on-site three days a week. What better way to reward myself than with a new pair of boots?

My first pair from Thursday was purchased right before the pandemic, but with the world shutting down shortly after, I never really got the chance to wear them much. So naturally, I was excited for this new order: two pairs of boots and some knee-high socks and timed the delivery perfectly to arrive a week before my start date.

Unfortunately, when my package arrived, it was everything except what I had ordered. Instead of boots and socks, I received 12 pairs of low-cut socks. Frustrated and annoyed would be an understatement.

I submitted a support ticket and within 24 hours, Veron (Alma L.) reached out. Not only was Veron professional and understanding, but immediately took action on my case. After verifying my order and the incorrect shipment, Veron promptly arranged for replacement pairs to be sent out.

Although I didn’t receive the boots before my first day, I still wanted to commend Veron for the outstanding customer service.
