Really good experience
Really good experience. Never brought a pc before but they answered all my questions. Even after receiving the pc they answered all my questions and helped me with its full performance.

The product is perfect
The product is perfectly fit for my home computing requirement. It arrived within the week and it was shipping-free. The transaction was straightforward and the set up was easy. The only issue i am having now is the bluetooth is out or not working for the wireless mouse and keyboard. They no longer work. Need to call Thunder's attention.

Good communication and excellent prompt delivery and good packaging. Great condition for a pre-loved laptop and set up nicely with basic programs to get started quickly. Excellent service and good price for a second laptop.

Still Learning
When I received my Laptop in the box, it was easy to assemble. Once charged, I turned it on and I was learning. Instructions were understandable as I am computer eliterate. Getting their is a start and having this laptop is one awesome way of learning. A for Awesome.

I was looking for a laptop that met certain requirements for working at home that wasn’t overly pricey at this point in time. Having shopped with Thunderstore once before it made sense to do so again. They provide a great service at low cost.

Responded to problem promptly
Service was prompt. My computer had a problem when it arrived. Thunder Store responded to my message. I sent it back. They repaired the computer and upgraded it, and sent it back to me. It is fine now.

Great experience overall
I have had great customer experience with Thunder Store as I have recently bought a business laptop from them. They have chat line available whenever I have questions about the product which is automatically connected to my messenger and they often reply very quickly, usually within 10-30 mins of wait time during business hours. The best part is that they ensure customers get the most satisfaction possible that they even work overtime and reply to my queries after-hours in the messenger chat. So overall everything is great apart from the warranty only comes with one month for most laptops. If you want extended warranty you have an option to purchase extra and their extended warranty options are quite challenging especially if you’re on a budget. This is, however I found not so competitive compared to other companies that offer a full year warranty that comes with the products. But hey, let’s face it those companies that have a full year or even 6 months warranty usually are more expensive on their products.
Price is the thing I care about, probably the most if not the least. Thunder Store is definitely competitive when it comes to that. And the quality, the brands they sell that they know is best for your individual needs and customer service and advice about their products are just awesome.
So from my experience with them and to be fair I have to give a 4 star out of 5 for overall products and services received. I do hope in the near future they will come up with a more longer warranty. That will definitely increase customer satisfactions and I will come back for a second laptop if they do.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. Your $32 charger order was packed and ready for courier in 5 minutes after you've placed your order so it makes it for a 12pm courier pickup. Yes that's how we provide excellent, speedy service to our customers. Our returns/refund policy is always available on our website to everyone before they make a purchase. It is a standard practice to charge a fee for change of mind in tech stores. This simply covers our time dispatching your order, packing it, packaging supplies, part payment fees that do not get refunded to us when an order is cancelled, and other expenses associated with processing an order. So instead of harassing our customer support representatives and using absolutely inappropriate language, I would recommend you to read the policies before you make a purchase and actually make up your mind first before buying something you don't need. Your claims have no ground as we act according to the policies you agreed to at the time of your purchase and within NZ law.
