Hice un pedido un jueves, el martes me llegó el correo de confirmación del envío y el miércoles lo recibí.
Había leído varias reseñas de pedidos que no llegaban y me alertó un poco que al 3 día hábil no hubiera recibido el seguimiento (se supone que el envío llega entre 1-3 días). Pero la verdad es que sin problema, las camisetas son una pasada, la calidad, los diseños... El modelo oversize es lo máximo!
(También es verdad que intenté contactar con ellos y es imposible, suerte que salió todo bien al final)

Estimated delivery 5-7 days

21st January chased via email for an eta. Still had no response & have mailed again.

No way of getting in touch for a delivery date or refund.

I saw a t-shirt on an instagram ad that I liked so went on their site and saw a few options priced at 0€. I only ordered 1 as I assumed it was some sort of promo and didn’t want to be selfish. I paid for the postage and had the order confirmed. 3 days later they cancelled the order with no justification. I went to their T&Cs and this isn’t a serious company. To summarise, they can cancel any order they want to and not have to provide any information to the customer. The rest of the T&Cs are a farce and show that they can do whatever they want and it is never their responsibility. Really poor culture

Hice un pedido el 31/12/24 y aún no lo hemos recibido, pero si nos lo han cobrado. No contestan ni por correo ni por instagram, ni nos dan ninguna solución. Nos sentimos estafados.

6 weken geleden order geplaatst en betaald. Nog altijd geen verzendbericht gehad. Ik kreeg wel een mail of ik blij was met mijn bestelling en wat ik van de shirts vond? ik Benieuwd of de tshirts ooit nog aankomen. Heb er weinig vertrouwen in.

Still have not received my order. The shirt has not cleared customs in Australia and was ordered more than a month ago. You need to have a warning on your website that international shipping could take well over a month.

Just shipping could be faster.

Do not order here, i am really sad to write a review like this. I am a Big supporter of small business and don't usually receive anywhere near such bad service - mistakes happen, delays happen, but when your customer contacts you about these things,
You cannot simply ignore them!! Ordered weeks before Christmas 2 shirts as presents for 2 different people. A couple of weeks later I receive an email saying one of the items is out of stock and if I want to I can a) wait for it to return and ship both items for delivery after Christmas, b) cancel the out of stock item and receive my other in time for Christmas c) cancel full order. I decided to cancel the one shirt so that i could atleast have the other in time for Christmas and bought something else in place of the out of stock shirt.
The next communication came weeks later, I receive a notification that I had been refunded 1 item from my order -THE WRONG TSHIRT! I had by now accepted the fact that neither item had arrived on time but contacted them immediately to point out their latest mistake, to which i received no reply other than a shipping notification a few days later.

So in summary, i received nothing before Christmas, so told one brother his gift was just running late, but now i have a shirt that will not fit him and I do not want.
I have emailed about this, very reasonably asking for a full refund (ofcourse offering to return the item), or the shirt i was actually expecting. I have been ignored. Very sad

I ordered 4 shirts in November. I still have yet to receive them 2 months later

I ordered a T-shirt to be delivered to South Africa. It has been over 6 weeks and my order still hasn't arrived.

When checking the tracking number it just says "delivery awaiting collection". I have tried contacting Thundernoise customer support for help and only received an email reply many days later stating:

"Due to the customs situation, the update and delivery may take a few days. If it was not updated or delivered during next week, please write to us so we can help you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

A week later there was no update on the tracking website and I once again emailed Thundernoise customer support for help, however I have not received any further response from them. I have asked to be refunded, but seem to have been ghosted by them.

If you are ordering from Thundernoise I do not recommend ordering if you live outside of Europe as it is highly unlikely that you will receive your order.
