this is one if the greatest platforms when it comes to tipping and gifting for creators! the signup process and bank verification are easily one of the simplest processes compared to other platforms like throne.

Where do I even start...
This is the worst service I have ever attempted to use. Perhaps it's because I'm in the UK and they shipped an Amazon item from the US, but it has definitely been made worse by their terrible customer service and too many departments that don't talk to each other.

After it took over a month for an item to arrive, my viewers were bored of waiting and tipped me so I could buy the item earlier, I did that, but now Throne are making it impossible to return the one from them that finally arrived a week after I bought another one.
Now they have rejected my return request, no matter how much I attempt to communicate with their customer service, they cannot or will not communicate to each other in the business, so now I am stuck in a loop of being rejected and told to just wait and put in another request, on which I cannot change the "reason" after the first request.
Poorly made site, poor business execution, some of the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with.
My last return request was Jan 8, it's Jan 22 and they have only just rejected it. I click to request another and it didn't ask for the reason, it just copied the previous one. Now it will be weeks for them to reject it again and I will be stuck in this loop forever because "Izabela" cannot seem to talk to anyone else in business to get this matter over and done with.

Throne is so easy to use and it's perfect for my followers they love when I update it and they get to pick what they want to send. It's really helped grow my following and made my streaming alot more productive and fun!

Never had an issue with Throne. It's easy to use and the gifts I've recieved have always arrived promptly.

Although I have personally never used it to buy a gift those people who have bought for me say it's simple.

Throne was good before now they started doing scam if you have funds in your throne account they can deactivate or ban your account anytime without even informing you and they will say its as violation of terms and service and there support is shit as hell now I would recommend you to stop using throne

I ordered two things for a client, was charged for both, but the client only received one. Throne's support verified the order, but couldn't tell me when the 2nd item shipped. They kept saying customer privacy, but I just wanted to know it shipped. Not from where, or to where; just that it did. They couldn't do that.
You don't get a 2nd chance at a 1st impression. I won't be using your service again.

Months and it is easy to use for gifts and gift cards and the information is safe on both ends! It’s a preferred way for gifts from and to me from now on!

I took part in a gift exchange using Throne, I was able to access the platform many times up until the gift exchange date but then afterwards I was unable to log in to my account. I had tried multiple devices, multiple networks and multiple browsers but when raising the issue with support, they kept copying and pasting a message that read “Unfortunately, this issue has been determined to be a client-side issue. The above solutions are not guaranteed fixes.”. When i challenged this they deleted my support ticket so i could no longer contact them. I have lost access to my account and due gifts. I am unsure if this company is a scam but certainly feels like it.

EDIT: Throne replied to this review asking me to contact customer support but this review was given after a 29 email long email thread back and forth with Kaysh who kept copying and pasting the same response no matter what I tried to push for resolution. Even when asking for complaints procedure I was given the same response about a “client side issue”.
