I’ve been using Thrive Causemetics since 2020, and no matter how many other mascaras I try, I always end up coming back to theirs. It’s just that good.
What I love most is how effective it is — it elongates and thickens my lashes so well that I honestly don’t feel the need to wear false lashes when I have it on. And it actually lasts all day without smudging, which is a big deal for me.
If you’re tired of mascaras that look good for an hour and then end up under your eyes, this one’s worth it.
Thrive cosmetics mascara tube in berry is pretty. The tube effect becomes very noticeable if wear for a few hours. Then, it just keeps clumping or falling off. As I cleaned my remaining mascara from my lashes, I noticed some of my eyelashes came off w the tubing. Beware, I’d ask for refund but I just can’t even care. I’ll spread the word tho. Eventually your lashes gonna go. I’ll be back to review the brow and lipstick. I can’t imagine my lips will fall off Yikes!
Placed the order on 2/5, it's 2/12, and the order hasn't been shipped. I contacted the company yesterday; they said they would ship it the same day, but they didn't.

Placed order on January 19, 2026. Today is February 4, 2026 and I still have not received the products ordered. I contacted Thrive customer service 3 times. First time received the automated note stating someone would contact me...that never happened. I filed a dispute with credit card company.

Numerous emails from Thrive but still no resolution other than I have filed a dispute with credit card company. Their responses seem sincere but seem like automated responses. Order number THR32103350.

I waited months for the berry color to be back in stock and when it was, I ordered it but they sent me the WRONG Color! Secondly, this mascara CLUMPED AND FLAKED so much I can’t use it! Never buying again! Oh, and I don’t want a solution….I’m done

Been using them for years. I absolutely LOVE their eyeshadow bright eye sticks. It’s worth every penny for the creaminess and ease of application. Will never go back to traditional eye shadows.
I also love their blush sticks. I guess I’m a sucker for convenience and stick makeup is so easy to do on the go so I don’t need a ton of different brushes to apply. I’m also very minimalist when it comes to make up so it works for me.
Their eyeliner and mascara are also good but for the cost, I have found others that work just as well or better that are not as expensive.
My biggest complaint is the expensive cost but again I love the products so I’ll keep buying them.
I have had zero issues with shipping.
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sent an email because my package never arrived. The AI generated email stated that a REAL PERSON would contact me ASAP to aid in a refund or replacement. It has been over a week now without ANY WORD. I have never experienced this from any retailer large or small. Its really disappointing because I really do like their mascara, but now I will have to find a new one. I no longer trust this brand and feel scammed.
I placed an order on December 18, 2025 and received one item on December 26, 2025. I emailed the company on January 3, 2026 to inquire about the other item that I ordered and received the following response - "it’s still marked as unfulfilled, so there’s no shipping update on it. I’m routing this over to our team right now so they can investigate the delay and make sure you receive your mascara as soon as possible. They’ll follow up with you directly via email with the next steps or updated tracking information". I still have not heard anything. I will never order from this company in the future.
Terrible customer service I ordered a mascara from this company December 23, being tracking the progress. It has not moved since December 31. And it is now January 5 I’ve emailed them and twice the response I got was that it was in transit.

UPDATE: They sell products that they do not have in stock, and never ship them. I ordered full-price products before Thanksgiving, and now, on January 5th, they still have not responded to emails. They confirmed they didn't have the products and never responded again. Their Instagram currently indicates that many people are experiencing the same issue. I wish they would answer their help@ email as quickly as they respond to reviews. UPDATE: After strangers on Instagram told me to message them on social media, I finally got a response. After 6 weeks, I received a refund. They seem to have checked out from Thanksgiving to January 10th (2026). It feels like too much. Know they're trying to get my review down. I’ve been using the lash extension mascara for 2 years and love it. I have sparce eyelashes and the mascara makes my lashes look much fuller and longer.
I love all of their products, especially the tubing mascara and eye brightening shadow sticks. Customer service has always been great too!
Update 1/23: this has been resolved. Once I got ahold of a human via social media, it was remedied super quickly and effectively- very appreciative. If I could make any suggestions, it’s to rework the AI agent solution, as it seems there is a disconnect there too r a bottleneck in getting issues to the correct (real) people. I’m in marketing, I love AI lol, but that def needs tweaking. Thanks for fixing my issue!
I am at a loss. I placed an order 4 weeks ago with you guys and it was delivered...but missing an item. I contacted your team and they put in a replacement order for the missing mascara TWELVE days ago and it's still processing. The same day, I placed a different order for two mascaras hoping it would get here by xmas. Half of my order arrived - again the Elena mascara is missing and is in processing purgatory. I've tried chat, text, email and all I'm getting are AI responses...it's absolutely ridiculous. I don't even want my money back I just want my mascara! And communication! The bar is in heck right now for customer service.

They shipped my order using UniUni. Their webpage stated they only use Canada Post to ship within Canada. UniUni claims the address is wrong, I confirmed it wasn’t. Never got my package. Messaged customer service at Thrive three times asking for help. They would either ignore or give me the run around. On the fourth attempt I asked for a refund and they gave me the exact same run around. They just take your money and have AI respond to you. It’s a scam, do not trust this company.
Thrive Cosmetics didn’t ship my order after 20 days. I’m so upset. I ordered online and paid in advance. The problem with online buying is that you need to trust that the company is going to do their part and get the order to you.

I was skeptical about ordering make up online, but finally decided to try the mascara. I'm in my 60s and this works great, it doesn't clump and gives me great lash look. I then went and ordered the Instant Brow fix - it comes in Taupe which works with white/silver hair better than other brands, goes on smooth and provides enough color to make my brows look great, and natural. So then I decided to try the lip sticks and I wasn't happy with the first one I selected - the color wasn't great, but exchanges and returns are super helpful. The only reason for 4 stars is that the colors on my monitor didn't ring as true as I would like. However:

First off, I love these mascaras. I buy them for my daughters as well. They last all day and remove so easily with just warm water. Never have any mascara goo in the corners of my eyes and never get raccoon eyes either. Secondly, customer service has been awesome! My autistic son got into my newly bought mascara and literally chewed up the wand. I asked if they had replacement wands but they don’t. They just replaced the entire mascara for free, though! I’m definitely a happy customer!
Needed to exchange for a new shade and they made it super easy!
