I am so grateful again for buying a car from 3 ways garage.
They are so very professional and look after you every step of the way.
My second car fob wasn't working and within less than 24 hours they amended the issue.
I highly recommend the company, they never ever let you down, they don't pressure you at all and are always here if you need any help.
I will not go anywhere else.

After a few moments chatting it was pretty clear they don’t want to sell me a motorhome or show me any of their stock despite having 3 vans I was interested in.

Went to get some advice and got some from Chris. However when it came to showing the different layouts I was told the motor homes were all locked up and when we had decided they would unlock a motor home. Very unhelpful lady who wouldn’t help with a query I had on hiring that I would have to do in order to buy one. No he lol p at all apart from asking a friend to lend us one! Some help when I’m spending £65k! You won’t be in business long with that attitude.

My wife and i have just returned from this venue where we were more or less going to purchase a particular new motorhome that we had identified.
The visit was just to clarify our thoughts and have a look through the vehicle prior to discussing a deal with a caravan exchange.
We made our first visit yesterday morning, when, unfortunately, the sales lady was occupied with a customer. This was acceptable, however, having looked at us twice during the 20 minutes we stood waiting like lemons, there was no courtesy shown to say she would be so long, or even acknowledge us.
Back we went this morning to find the same person with somebody else, and again, just ignoring us!!
The showroom was locked and, like yesterday. nobody else available just to let us have a look inside the vehicle.
Being local, we thought this was the place to go after identifying the vehicle we were interested in - how wrong we were...............
It appears we will have to now travel a distance to purchase a similar motorhome as this place will not get a third chance, however, are sure we will get a better reception.
If this is how sales go, goodness knows what after sales would be like.
In a nutshell, the sales lady was just rude when not even acknowledging us.
Our advice - go somewhere else!!!

Bought a caravan from Stuart recently, from start to finish was a huge help and very professional. I'm new to the caravan scene and he went through everything with me. Can't compliment him and his company enough.

This is about Motorhome Servicing. (The car dealers are always helpful and I have never had a problem).
Communication needs improving. Telephone customers, tell them when their vehicle is ready. Customers time is valuable. My experience was disappointing. A simple oil change and habitation check took 2 days. So much wasted time travelling to and from the dealership. Apologies do not give back all that wasted time.Come on,paying customers deserve more respect.
Added : Eventually, the manager phoned me after I emailed them. I was offered 10% off my next service. It transpires that the servicing department is having problems.
I am not reassured.

We called in with a view to buying a new Swift 4 berth caravan.The female salesperson was most rude and unhelpful when we asked to look at a specific layout and just said we don't have that.No brochure offered so we went down to Flintshire Caravans at Deeside where they were most welcoming and helpful and we purchased a lovely new Swift caravan for £22000 with the layout we wanted.
