didn’t read the reviews beforehand but echo exactly what’s been said. items are poor quality and feel like a plastic sheet. to try and return you’ll incur a huge fee to send it back to china and even then they tell you if it’s held at customs they won’t help/consider them forfeit. avoid a purchase from this company!!!! buy local/in the UK x

I ordered a dress size 14 from their website. The dress arrived 3 weeks later and it looks nothing like what was on the website. The colour is completely different, the size is too small and quality is very poor. I contacted them for a full refund as this is what they stated on their website “Not satisfied, get full refund” “ 30-Day Returns”. They offered 10% refund, store credit, or a return but I will have to pay the shipping cost which can cost around £25. This is totally a scam and I don’t know how they’re getting away with it but I think it needs to be shared and posted so people know about it.

Update:
They refunded me after I issued a chargeback through my bank. If you get scammed by them, ignore their emails and do that instead and they will refund you. What a terrible experience!

If I could give this company no stars I would. Awful company. Quality of dress sent is shocking. Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering as this is a con. £40 for a dress thinking it's coming from the Netherlands when it's actually coming from China and took 2 weeks to arrive when it stated 1 to 2 working days on the website. The website also says that it's easy to return but following their email they avoid giving you a return address and offer either store credit or 10% refund as you might not get your item back to China in time, also stating it is going to cost £25 to post the return.

Zero stars, awful quality awful customer service. Fobbed off completely and almost blackmailed into not returning as your told it wont get there anyway

Ordered sandals that I paid £40 for. The quality of them is so poor I can’t wear them. They would break if I walked more than 10 steps in them. The buckle has broken just from trying them on. They have offered me a 20% refund. Absolutely shocking company and rubbish products

They deliberately make the returns / exchange process so vague and difficult that you're unable to make sense of the instructions. They then don't reply to your emails asking for clarification and then suddenly when they do respond, you're "outside of the 30 day return policy" when I was the one waiting for them to respond! Terrible customer service, really disappointing but safe to say I have told everyone and their dog to avoid this company like the plague. I've never experienced something like this before, hence the disgruntled review.

I have never in my life left a negative review for a company but this deserves it. I ordered a dress 12 days ago thinking it would arrive as stated in the website (8-12 business days) I checked the order status multiple times for it to say the order information had been received.
I emailed requesting a full refund under my consumer rights as the dress had surpassed the 12 day delivery time window.
I was told the order was delayed due to a WAREHOUSE EXPANSION which was I was never made aware of and they shouldn’t be taking any orders if this is going to impact delivery.
I have been denied a refund but can return the item which apparently costs £25 and probably won’t get back to them in time to get a refund (check other reviews)

Awful company. Picture of dress and real dress look completely different. Different colour, material and partner. Don’t order

The level of communication is top notch. Delivery took quite awhile due to probable drop-shipping. My only concern was that the item was on the small size. Order up a couple of sizes or like me lose weight. The quality was pretty good.

If there was a zero or negative star rating that’s what I would choose.
This company is basically a scam and likely has illegal practices.
Quality is awful, took weeks to arrive and impossible to return.

It doesn't disclose that the item will take 16 BUSINESS DAYS to get to you until you have already checked out. I emailed straight away to cancel the order and was told this wasn't possible as it had already been shipped. I didn't get a shipment notification until 7 days later!
Customer service said that they would help me with a return once it arrived.
Once is arrived, I tried to return the item and was met with a bunch of excuses as to why I shouldn't return the item. Some of which included that it would cost me £25 to send back, it also has a high possibility of getting lost and if it actually makes it back to them, it would take up to 4 weeks to process the return which would put it outside of the 30 day return window for a full refund.
I assumed that due to the prices of their products being quite high, it was going to be a quality and trustworthy company but its a massive scam!
They offered me a 10% refund, then a 20% refund, then 100% site credit. Baring in mind, the 100% process requires me to buy the item at full price and they reimburse me, which is obviously a huge con to get me to purchase more from them.
Do not trust them! This company is a lawyers dream!

Absolutely Terrible Company.
Item was not as described, awful quality, way too small and they are now charging £25 for a refund, despite saying that refunds are easy on their website.
Have issued a complaint to UK International Consumer Centre in the hope these people don't rob anyone else!

Please let my experience of this company be a warning to you. The items are NOTHING like the pictures and the returns may well cost you more than the item of clothing. I’ve just kissed my hard earned money good bye. Avoid Avoid Avoid

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY shocking quality does not look anything like it does on the website. Then when you try to return they want you to pay £25 shipping fee and it could take more time to reach them, more time than the 30 day window you get to return so you end up with no choice but to accept a small partial refund to get even a little money back for a product you wouldn’t even wear for fancy dress. Awful company! Clothing very low quality. Dreadful returns policy - basically you have no option other than to accept a paltry 10% refund and keep the terrible item as they basically tell you that if you return (at your own expense, around £25) there’s no guarantee it will reach their centre in china before the 30 day return window closes - meaning you’ve then forked out even more money for the low quality item. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

EXCELLENT CISTOMER SERVICE. they went out of their way to help me with an enquiry. I was impressed with the speed and tenacity of Olive. Made me feel special and not just a number. This is how customer service should be.

I agree with all the other one star reviews. Dress looks nothing like the picture and was much too big. I too have been told it would cost £25 to return to China.

I would give this review a zero star if that was possible. I ordered a size 10 dress. It turned up big enough to fit two of me in it. I contacted the company to ask for a refund. They didn't want to give me a refund suggested I have a replacement. I hesitated over the replacement because I can't see how they would get the sizing right after I sent them my body measurements which suggests I'm a size 10 and they're saying I'm a size small. I ordered a size 10 which was big enough to fit a size 16.
Now I'm being told they can't give me a replacement item or a refund because it's too late. I contacted them in time to get a refund or a replacement so now they have £49 of my money. I have dress that is unwearable and nothing to show for it.

Couldn’t be less impressed by this company. The quality of the clothes are awful, and when you try to return they make it impossible and ask you to return them at your own cost to china saying that if the items get stuck at customs you may never receive a refund! Please don’t use this company.
