Terrible producy ok if you want to make your toilet smell better (slightly). In view of what ive read here, I simply cant be bothered to send it back

This was my second order from Thompson Carter and I have to say I’m very impressed.

My order arrived exactly when promised and was exceptionally well packaged. The presentation was first class, with branded packing paper and great attention to detail, giving a real premium feel from the moment I opened the box.

I ordered a few samples and have so far tried Postcards From. I applied it at around 10 pm and could still smell it the following morning, so my first impression is that it has excellent longevity.

Based on my experience so far, I have no hesitation in recommending Thompson Carter. Excellent service, superb packaging and a fragrance that has made a very positive first impression. I’ll certainly be trying the rest of my samples and would happily order from them again

If you're like me, you fell into their persistent marketing ads on social media/ don't.
I placed an order for their perfume and they charged my CC immediately. A month later, I still didn't receive my items. I contacted them and they had no idea where it was. Had to request a refund which I will helpfully get. They made no attempt to notify me of the delivery and no updates on my order. I think they're out there scamming people and throwing a bait to see who catches it

Do not buy from these. I paid for 24 hr delivery a joke three days still not here and cannot contact anyone

Ordered 50ml perfume a week ago took payment ( no tracking)
Hasn’t arrived! And I need as a 🎁 no customer service no!!!
All emails given are not even recognised!!!!!

I found nothing on the website about having to pay duty in addition to shipping for the products I received from Thompson Carter. Therefore I was surprised to receive a bill from FedEx
8 months after delivery of my order. After reading of others experiences in trying to get Thompson Carter to cover a charge they did not disclose on their website, I decided to forgo that hassle and just pay FedEx. However, be forewarned if you do not live in the UK and choose to order from them anyway. As for the perfume, I really didn’t care for it and it sits unused in a drawer.

Beware of false shipping information on their website. They claim to provide free shipping over a certain amount, but I received a bill from FedEx 9-months after delivery for customs fees. On the customs form, the company had the option of paying these fees or passing it to the customer and they checked the box to make the customer pay. I contacted their customer service about to request they pay it or at least provide a refund for the same amount. The response I received was unapologetic for their poor shipping information on their website, and they refused to take any accountability for the fees then they stopped replying altogether! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will never purchase from this company again, and highly recommend you don't either.

I wrote a review two days ago. I was answered but i can’t get in touch with them. I was charged 128.00 on my visa card. My Name is Nancy Sharkey. My confirmation # is F59XIU18K. I ordered on 4/19/26. Please send me the product. Do you have a phone number to call? I also wrote on their face book page.

So i ordered smoke and mirrors, and thats exactly what it is...a magic trick, absolutely no longevity from the fragrance, i reckon the packaging cost more to make.
Dont be fooled by the advertising. A disgusting brand. Keep your hard earned cash in your pocket

Gareth was very helpful with my order issue he was very quick to respond my email , I order a perfume and I received wrong item , he was so kind and polite very pleased to be able to speak with him very nice customer service I will order another perfume from Thompson Carter

I ordered nearly 2weeks ago. Is this one of those companies that are based abroad. The slic advertising and very British name suggests it is a high end company in the UK

I had a problem with my delivery and they sorted it within minutes and sent out a replacement on the Same Day. I would thoroughly recommend this company

I had a problem with an order but with Sameers help it was sorted and resolved quickly. I have purchased 4 perfumes from this company and all are lovely. Delivery is quick too.

Darn I got duped by the slick advertising and empty promises. Smoke and mirrors is as bad as it gets. No longevity. The YouTubers making their cut and free samples. Absolute joke. My bad I got suckered in.

I was seduced by the slick media advertising and clips that kept popping up and readily bought my first order. Delivery was very late but I was pleasantly surprised at the packaging and really excited at using the product.
Alas the product is really poor, the promise that it last for hours when used is a LIE!
It is useless and lasts no time at all.
There is no point complaining to Thompson Carter as I wouldn't expect any recourse from them. I won't buy again and suggest you think twice before doing so. The 2 Star rating is for the packaging

Placed an order on the 2nd December which has still not been delivered. Got in contact with a person at Thompson Carter, and the only thing I got out of it was a stupid excuse. On the 9th December I received a tracking ref. but guess what Royal mail says that they haven’t received the parcel from Thompson Carter. Today is the 11th December and still no tracking message. The parcel has still not been received by Royal Mail. I will never place an order with this company again. Don’t think the parcel will arrive and I will have to struggle to get a refund. I’ve lost total confidence with this company.
Update 12/12 according to Royal mail they have still not received the parcel
Update 13/12 finally update from Royal mail the parcel is moving
Update 15/12 parcel finally arrived

Made order on the 28th of November and only half of the order has turned up.
Order number 68295 have been trying to email the contact email with only a bot responding the same email since midday.
We are missing half the order.
Yet another instagram scam !!!

Ordered some perfume from Thompson Carter had a delivery problem so contacted company and a gent by the name of waheed soon sorted it ,the perfume I ordered for my wife and myself is fab and so glad they sent me other samples to try I would recommend to any one to try their fragrances, one happy customer.

This is my 9th order my all time favorite mens and womans parfume . Saved me 100s of pounds . The presents from shower gel amazing . I recommend TC to every 1
