Working with Thomas changed my life for the best. He is a super high quality person with a lot of wisdom. It was worth every penny. I can’t recommend him enough.

Thomas spoke with the student-athletes at our university about a variety of topics ranging from COVID, the state of the country, and the world, and his philosophy behind his 1 UP Effect. Thomas's ability to engage the S-A's through his own personal stories allowed him to easily and seamlessly transition from one topic to another providing a safe and comfortable zone for sharing and learning. Zoom town hall-style calls can be daunting for participation, especially with young people today, but by the end of our call, Thomas was able to relax the S-A's from behind the shield of "no video" allowing them to be seen and heard. All we really want as human beings is to be heard and understood and Thomas is just the guy for the job. His ability to put people at ease is one of his greatest qualities. If you are hesitating at all about working with Thomas I highly encourage you to just simply have a conversation with him. You will be glad you did.

Thomas helped add a bit of structure to the journey I was on. With his help, and the great group of guys I worked alongside with, I added several pillars to my life that became good habits long term. My life was already altering course quite a bit, but this experience guided it to a place I’d never have even considered.

Thomas is terrific to work with. His consistent positive mindset on everything, even in the most difficult times everyone is living in right now (COVID, racial issues, etc.) is remarkable.

He has helped me tremendously get a clear understanding of what I want to accomplish in life, and provide insight on the most effective ways to go about it.

Thomas has a gift of being able to bring the best out of everyone.
