Resolute provided a last-minute booking through a partner company booking.com (which was appreciated as we were cancelled last minute through Airbnb). We could not get into our property because of a fault with the lock (which we contacted the company about with video proof and still have not heard anything back). We were provided excuses about not having the correct PIN code due to a lack of deposit which was not transparent when we originally booked. Several emails were sent to complain about our issues. None have been responded to.

Completely unprofessional and lack of care and attention to their customers. Avoid avoid avoid.

I had the ultimate experience at Resolute residence. I was fortunate to run into the wonderful humans that is Callum and James. They took the time out to come and welcome me outside the property and gave me mini tour of the room. Both made me feel so welcome and happy to be at the property. The apartment was outstanding, absolutely gorgeous two bedroom, with a kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms. Fully furnished with fab kitchen wear. I needed to do my makeup for a performance and the lighting in the property was top notch. Amazing daylight coming in as well as a good amount of mirrors. Everything was clean and super fresh wow words cannot describe the joy staying here. 10 stars. 100 percent will be back ! Thank you for everything

Absolutely appalled at the service received from this company. Arrived 2 hours after check in as requested by the property to find that the place was not the one listed on the booking and was sent to a complete different address that was not cleaned. Drugs, underwear and alcohol all over the place. It was disgusting. When contacting the property I was advised there was nothing they could do as the cleaners haven’t arrived. We were left to clean the mess ourselves as we had no place to stay. I have received no response from anyone and I have been complaining, emailing and calling since Saturday 24th. It is now Monday 26th. Absolutely disgusting company.

I’m just letting you know that the apartment is in an awful area drug dealers at every corner, we are two women in our 60’s and did not expect this on a birthday treat from leicester, you need to state this on your website!!! That it’s not an area for women. It cost us £30 in taxi’s going to centre and back when it says it’s only 10 minutes to the centre, no it is not it took our 15 minutes for the taxi to get us here.

Getting into the building is a nightmare!!! No one explained that once we leave the flat we cannot get back into the flat!! in at night, we waited outside for 10 minutes trying to get in the building, no instructions on how to get in or out. after the taxi left us, no one answered the call,or the emergency phone was useless ended my call twice. You need to give a key for the front door as it is petrifying waiting outside men coming toward you out of their heads!!!
We were very scared and at this point thought of going to a hotel which would been much better, and where we would have been looked after better.
I’m sorry but I will not be recommending this place to any one. And I would like my deposit back tomorrow!!!! And a refund for an upsetting experience in this area.

No coffee in the kitchen no coffee pods for the machine why put a coffee machine and no pods!!!.
We called the women on the phone so many times she was useless. We were freezing and asked her how to put the heating on she said she will send someone we stayed in for nearly 2 hours no one came surprise surprise!!!
We went out late when most things were closed and came back without having a meal. Not a great experience we had in mind at all. This email will also go onto the trip adviser.

Stayed in one of their apartments in Birmingham for one night on a girls trip for a birthday.
The apartment was filthy. There was food still all over the hob and the 'sofa bed' had crumbs and a nasty looking white mark on it. The keys were kept at a petrol station quite some walk away from the apartment. There was sick in the entry way to the building. The so called sofa bed was not only filthy but it was also extremely tiny, heaven only knows how they think its acceptable for two people to sleep on! There was a huge mismatch of plates and cups (not exactly stylish as they describe). The sofa bed is not made up on arrival despite booking for 4 people. We was woken at 6am by neighbours and their dj decks and party. The whole process of checking in online and them wanting front and back of every guests ID, plus the 200 pound security deposit which was difficult to pay on their online system just made it all very stressful before we had even arrived. Oh the balcony was also full of moss and one of the glass panels had been broken, some of the glass still being on the floor on the balcony.

Amazing experience would highly recommend.

My stay was excellent. It was really clean and tidy. And the bed was really comfortable.

The experience was the best I have had in an appartment. Down from the last minute detail, perfect.

Overall a beautiful apartment in Birmingham, the cloud/sensory room is amazing! No hot water but didnt affect us at all and staff did everything they could to help us with whatever we needed. The projector is brilliant too. Overall a lovely nights stay

Not great: apartment (Arcadian Centre, Birmingham) good size but tired, grubby and not particularly clean. Loose (as in come off) door handles, loose toilet seat. Noisy from very creaky floor as well as guests in apartments above and opposite. Fold down bed filthy and incredibly uncomfortable, may be less so for a child, we called security to ask for sheets, informed housekeeping would provide, never heard from either. The main questions I guess are, 1 would I recommend - no and 2 would I stay at the Resolute Arcadian Centre serviced apartments again - no. Shame as apartment itself was a good size and in a good central location.
