Great Products - small faults or bonuses
Arrived quickly. No damage to product packaging - the "fault" with Timeless 20% Vitamin C serum packets which listed there would be labeled 28 sachets - there were 30 :). Also purchased Avene Cicalfate Cream with damaged packaging - it was only one crease along on side of box - I would have been fine with a crushed box as inside product is for my use - I could give this as a gift - but I am keeping/using it. Thank you

I really love this company
I really love this company as skin care junkie! It’s hard to find the balance between my love for skincare but also the things such as being sustainable . I love the ethos here and you get some amazing priced luxury brands with a really wide range! I was nervous as a first time buyer having found them that it was all too good to be true but it’s not! I wish I could gate keep but everyone should shop here. Fantastic company who have great customer care too , after a question I had was quickly and kind addressed. I will be using this shop lots!
