Great product and easy to install (according to my plumber). Bathroom now looks fab!
I ordered on a Tuesday, and I had the wetroom screen by the Friday, much quicker than expected. I also got an email with a tracking number and a 3 hour delivery time slot. Would definitely use again!

Disappointed with after sales customer care.
My combination bathroom unit developed a fault in the cistern within two month of fitting. As a family of six we could not do without a flushing toilet so I immediately contacted a plumber and bought a replacement part from my local merchant. At the same time I emailed Thinktaps to inform then of my problem. They suggested I send them photographic evidence which they would pass on to the manufacturer who would supply a replacement part. I tried to explain to Thinktaps that I couldn't wait and asked if they would refund the cost of the part, I paid for the plumber. They refused. I am disappointed with their lack of understanding on this occasion.

Excellent!! The shower panel I’ve got worth the every penny I’ve paid them. Everything seems just in the right. They were kind enough to deliver it for free at my address. The product looks great, I hope it works well in the long run.

£386.25 for chrome plated plastic!
I have been trying to speak to someone since the shoddy substandard shower unit I purchased for £386.25 on June 5th was finally collected by your supplier's carrier on June 24th. I paid promptly for this item and am now struggling to get a refund. The service I have received from you is far from "excellent" as quoted on your site, but then again, the description of the Chrome shower unit I bought was pretty deceptive too. What do I need to do to get my money back? I am out of pocket and getting stonewalled every time I try and telephone you. You do not reply to phone or email messages either.

To that effect, we have passed on your comments to the manufacturer.
With reference to the description, we are happy that it is an exact reflection of the manufacturers, but as mentioned above, we have been in touch with Ultra to pass on your concerns.
As regards the price you paid for it, we would like to reassure you that, whether you liked the product or not, it is the lowest price you will find in the UK for the Ultra branded item in question, something we pride ourselves on.
Please accept our apology that you have not been able to get through by phone every time you call.
The busiest parts of our day are from 10 till 4 and often times you will be able to get straight through either side of these times.
I have looked in to the refund issue for you and note a few things;
1) We paid to have the goods picked up from you at our cost, which we trust you will have appreciated.
2) Upon receipt and inspection of all the returned goods, full refund has been made to you and should have been with you a while now.
Please do come back to us if you have any further queries and we will be all too happy to help.

No problems at all,I would not have any hesitation in recommending the company.
The item arrived very quickly. Excellent communication meant that I knew when to expect the delivery.

Serious Value for money and a quick delivery to boot!
Ordered a Shower Enclosure and matching shower tray for our ensuite. Looked at a number of sites to get a feel for price and quality.
Thinktaps had a great product and at a very competetive price and I also got free delivery as it was over there £199 threshold. Delivery landed just 2 days later.
I can honestly say I am over the moon with the products and service. Simply superb value for money!
