The move to solar energy is a huge investment and so I was looking for a supplier that could provide all the information I needed to make a decision. Think Free Solar does just that. There was a prompt response from them after my use of a comparison site to find a company that provided and installed a solar system. Within a day or so I had a visit from Daryl who spent a good amount of time explaining what was available on the market. There was no pressure or hard sale and all my questions were answered in great detail.
You certainly feel that you are getting a personal service and having decided to proceed with Think Free Solar that continued right up to and including installation. The whole thing was completed and up and running in one day, with absolutely no mess or fuss. Everyone I have met or spoken to have provided a first class friendly service, with prompt responses. It is comforting to know that after installation the team at Think Free Solar continue to monitor and tweak. I couldn’t be happier with our solar installation, the workmanship and excellent customer service. I would whole heartedly recommend Think Free Solar to anyone who may be thinking of going solar.

Having seen Think Free Solar install a system for my dad and the quality of the aftercare he has received, I was confident enough to go with them for my own home. Daryl was friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward and never pushy, taking the time to explain everything properly and answer all our questions.

5 star service for my EV charger, Jeff arrived promptly and carried out the work whilst answering all my questions and queries in easy to understand lingo, also set up the app and thoroughly explained how it all worked. Would without doubt highly recommend and use again

Great company, great people, keep you informed at all stages, used them twice now, nothing seems to hard for them. Fitters are great friendly people who look after your home whilst working. Highly recommended.

I want to give 5 stars because the service from Daryl, Danielle & Jeff has been impeccable & continues to be. In the same vein, the service from Ben & John the electricians was equally to a very high standard. If I had to be slightly critical it would be purely based on the roofing team. Their tidying & precision wasn’t fully up to my high standards, finding the odd pieces of cut metal supports on roof. I’m sure if I’d have rung Daryl he would’ve got them removed but I shifted them. Ultimately, if someone wanted a recommendation I would still happily suggest “Think Free Solar” as I’ve felt very supported throughout the whole process. To fit 16 panels, inverter, three batteries & EV charger was all done within one day which was very impressive. I would definitely recommend being around on site on the day of fitting though to iron out any potential issues & it’s also very interesting tech.

Think Free Solar arrived at the time they said they would, were very professional in everything that they did, explained everything in language that we understood. They showed us how to access the information about our installation.
Daryl explained everything on his first visit and pressed Octopus Energy to sort out our Smart Meter which had not worked since being installed 27 months ago, this is now working correctly.
We would recommend them to anyone who is considering Solar.

I’m so pleased with myself, both with the amazing system that’s been installed which is immediately saving me huge amounts on my utility bills, and also with choosing such a great company. From the very beginning through to install, aftercare and advice Think Free Solar have been incredibly professional and very down to earth. Daryl came to quote, no pressure to buy at all. We did buy and all I can say is this firm is fantastic. The fitters did it in a day and they were very friendly. The electrician explained everything and we had a follow up call from Daryl to check everything was OK. 5 stars from me.

Great company, everyone I spoke to was very positive and helpful, Jeff did a great job again installing an extra battery.
Overall I would say that they are excellent

John and Ben cracked on with the cabling and battery install whilst the other lads did the scaffolding and panels. All done in 1 day. Leftveverything spotless too. Daryl had everything organised from survey to checking on the final work in just over a week. Can't recommend them enough. Looking at griends and families home on maps to see how many panels they could get!

We selected Think Free Solar as best choice out of 6 provider quotes to install our solar, battery and EV charging station at our home in Beverley. From initial enquiry through to commissioning the team were exemplary. Installation took just one day, including scaffolding, without fuss and with concern for us and our home, being respectful, polite and tidy throughout. Follow up has been good with questions answered promptly and any issue acted upon immediately. The appointed equipment supplier for Hanchu works closely with Think Free and they provided onsite assistance to swap out a faulty battery swiftly. Daryl, Danielle, Jeff and all the installation team have been very good and I have no hesitation in recommending their products and services. Well done Think Free Solar!
