Good Hotel Deals
Clear information and easy to purchase. However, very confusing confirmation emails sent. Booked hotel stay for six people 3 x 1 double room and had to make three separate bookings. Would have been easier if I could have done this in one transaction.

Great range of offers but please simplify vouchers
I like the range of activities/meals/hotels etc on offer. There really is something for everyone. For people of my age (60+), it's not particularly easy to follow the instructions for actually obtaining the voucher. I would prefer it if there was a very clear voucher PDF just sent to my email rather than being told to scan a QR code and then being taken to the site where I still had to locate the voucher.
That said, I am very much looking forward to going to Malmaison in Manchester this weekend. My gf and I were going to be in Manchester anyway, and it's sometimes difficult to know where to eat. I have been to a Malmaison restaurant before, and know the quality of the food should be good - and this was an excellent price for the centre of Manchester.
