Laura was really patient and informative and what turned out to be a protracted and complicated process, her advice really helped us get our house purchase over the line and refinance just prior to moving house that gave us the flexibility to find our perfect home.

As a solo first time buyer the mortgage journey was always going to be a difficult one. However, Steve and Laura were incredible in finding the most suitable mortgage for me by introducing me to lesser known types of mortgages that can really help someone in my position trying to get on the property ladder. Our property was in a Trust which meant a lot of Insurers didn't cover Buildings and Contents Insurance as standard.
