Don't use, this is a scam. They take your money, don't have the wine in stock, never dispatch it and give no refunds. I had to claim the money back through visa.

Total scam no order no refund

I think this is another company set up by the charlatans who ran Findlayswine, who took customers money but never sent any wine

Just a quick it of advice for anyone who hasn't received their Wine Rack order (and website is now closed!!). You can raise a charge back via your bank/credit card company. I have spoken to the credit card company this morning and they will contact the merchant forst of all but you will get your money back. Goood luck everyone!

Still awaiting on a box of wine I ordered over a month ago and although I have emailed them numerous times and I get an email to say that someone will contact me. Nothing...
They have taken the money from my account yet I still haven't reverie the goods. This is very poor.

Looks like I have been conned, just as everyone else here. Order placed and never received, communication to say my order had been delayed and then nothing further.

Companies house say James Peter Rogers Findlay is the director of this company. He is also director of Budleigh Wines LTD, Findlay Wines & Spirits LTD and Findlay Wines LTD.

No order received despite many attempts to get a response or full refund. Appalling customer service..unfortunately I bought a case of wine 🍷. Lessons learnt!! Good buy £75.

DO NOT ORDER OFF THESE PEOPLE....I have not received my bottle of wine, I have emailed 4-5 times and no response. Disgusting these companies are able to get away with this. It will come a time shopping online will not be a good option due to the amount of fake companies that are out there. Thank god it was one bottle and not a case !!!

They don't answer emails and don't ship products. I should have been more careful.

Site opened in February this year with headquarters in California. Be careful and don't buy.

Edit: I was able to get a refund opening a claim with my Bank. I urge other people to do the same. For those who have not yet received the refund: from a little research on the site you can trace the company number, from here you can trace the name of the owner and another of his wine shops (Findlays Wine) which apparently has the same little problem of products never shipped. Be careful.

Currently having a similar issue, Order placed, delivery promised but not delivered, chasing them up via email but with no response. There is no phone number to call them to try and get an update. Worried I have been scammed.

They didn’t deliver the goods and when I chased them up by email they have not responded to any of my emails other than issuing auto replies.
Their website gives an email address only for queries so no opportunity to speak to anyone.
Very frustrating indeed.
They appear to be listed on companies house so aren’t scammers.
Avoid.
