The delivery boxes are always packed properly and you always get an email outlining the timing of the delivery as well. I always use this company as it’s the best for value and customer services.

Good wine at a good price
Not a huge selection of wine choices but what they offer particulaly from the provence is impressive. IMO The rose stands up against any of the big label items. Delivery is quick and efficient and they use a carrier you can rely on.

The wine is perfect
The wine is perfect! Love Chateau Berne - very understated and largely undiscovered. Delivery always goes without a hitch. Sustainable packaging. What's not to like. Always stock up on rosé when on sale!

A wonderful idea, but.....
The idea of a presentation box with French wines was the idea of our Twinning Association to present to a hotel Manager on his retirement day thanking him for all the support he'd given the Association over the past 10 years.
However, on opening his gift, the bottom of the box had split open, which was rather embarrassing
His last day is today so we are unable to do anything about it. Can you help please? Thank you

Superfast delivery
Superfast delivery, very well packaged and more importantly a well balanced collection of rosé wine. The Berne organic was especially impressive.

It is not you guys
It is not you guys, It is the local DPD that yet again have lied to say I was not at my Wine Bar at the time of delivery. On the day I was there from 10.00 to 23.30 and no attempt was made to deliver. I had to pick my parcels up from a Argos some days later. For the second time....
Please have a word with your delivery guys please.
