I placed an order expecting the advertised 2–5 day delivery, but it took over a week to arrive. There was zero communication throughout — no dispatch confirmation, no tracking number, and my attempts to chase up the order went unanswered.

To make matters worse, two of the items were sent incorrectly. I’ve emailed them twice and even submitted the contact form on their website, but I’ve had no response. Their phone number just plays a message telling you to email them — which they don’t reply to anyway.

It’s a real shame because they have competitive prices and could easily be a much better company if they improved their customer service. From what I’ve seen, they only seem to reply to complaints on Trustpilot, which says a lot.

Update 22/07/2025

After posting this review on the 21st. I got an email today to say they are now sending out the correct parts. Not sure if they saw my initial review.

No goods and no contact after emailing and phoning multiple times.

Scam company do not touch, they take your money but no goods sent, they don't respond to emails or answer phone or respond to voicemails

I have been waiting two weeks for a £30 paid order of a glass cutter…emailed twice and not got a reply. Have now just read these reviews and wished I had done it before I was scammed of my hard earned money. I am about to report it so suggest everyone avoids.

Scam company. Have taken money and not supplied anything or replied to my emails. AVOID!!!

Shocking, do not buy from this website. No comms on when the item arrived and when it finally did it was the wrong item, hasnt been responding to any emails or calls for a refund. Check the other reviews

Order never arrived after full payment. No reply to emails and phone number not working. Scam.

Placed order and paid on the website. Item never arrived. I emailed them to chase it and they never replied. 6 months later I still haven't received any response or my goods. SCAM COMPANY!!!

Missing item in order. No explanation and no refund. Phone lines now say permanently closed and to email but no reply from there either.

They take your money and never provide the goods. No email or phone replies. They are a fraud.
Do not use them

Paid for goods beginning of November, never received. Don’t answer phone calls - says to email, emails don’t get replied to. The terms and conditions state the company is SGM glazing t/a the window fitters mate, but this company dissolved in 2020, so they are either taking money under false pretences or they have set up a new company and not even updated their terms and conditions. Either way, the company is a joke!

Like other reviews my initial comment was 'where's the rest of my stuff!'

Communication with the company is awful - I suspect it is a one man company and this business might not be their main day-job. I did eventually get everything but I won't be using them again.

After placing an order on a Sunday, I got an email the next day (Monday) saying 'order being processed'. Then no further communication at all until the following Tuesday (6 working days) when I received a delivery via DHL with half the items (no dispatch/update emails and nothing useful on their website explaining).

Phone number just says to email - I emailed the company immediately and chased a couple more times over the following 2 days (also tried the website contact form), eventually got an apologetic response 3 days later on Thursday.

After confirming what was missing by sending photos of what I received I was told one item was out of stock but the others would be sent. I confirmed I'd prefer cancellation/refund rather than waiting for the one item. No emails received confirming refund or 2nd shipment.

2nd box got delivered 3 days later by DPD (Sunday!) but frustratingly was also incomplete (was missing 6 cans of gun foam). Photos and emails sent again...

Gun foam finally arrived on Monday (10 working days after order - 15 actual days!). Royal Mail this time, but it looks like it was shipped from the supplier direct. Also got an email at the same time saying to expect the delivery of the foam which they'd had to upgrade as what I'd ordered wasn't in stock - this was fine as it was higher value but frustrating it couldn't have been communicated to me earlier.

So don't expect a speedy response and be prepared to wait if you have problems. All communications were polite and apologetic - just very slow and not very informative!

Do not send all the items you ordered. I've tried calling and messaging no response. Won't be ordering again.

Avoid like the plague. Do not send the goods but manage to take the money, PayPal now locked their A/C
