Stained shirt.. lack of response
The shirt I ordered came with stains on it. When I emailed about it, I was told to try washing the shirt and see if it helped. Washing it didn’t help and I emailed once again with that update. I have yet to get any other response back about this.

Difficulty in communicating, ended up with refund
I ordered a sweater from this company in November 2021, with shipping to a town near Stockholm, Sweden.
Due to a mistake from my side, the delivery address was incorrectly written. Package was returned because of this. I contacted the company via e-mail on 10 different occasions after this, owning my own fault in the matter and therefore offering to pay for an extra shipment so that my sweater could be shipped to me again.
Unfortunately there has been great difficulties communicating per e-mail (I use Outlook). Now, almost one year later I have finally had a successful and good communication with someone named Kevin who works at this company. It stands clear from screenshots that I have seen that they for some reason ever only received 2 of my 10 e-mails. Likewise they showed me screenshots of several e-mails they have sent to me that I have never received.
I previously wrote another review where I said that I think this company just does not care. After good conversation with Kevin, I have come to the conclusion that they do care. but for some reason it has been difficult to communicate successfully and many e-mails have been lost from both ends (mine and theirs). I don't really know why. I have never had this issue with other companies and (working in the customer service sector myself) I have used e-mail both at home and professionally for over 20 years.
The company have now (September 2022) paid back the full amount plus transport costs to my credit card account. Not the solution I had asked for, but now I do believe this was the easiest/best solution in the end (even though I really wanted that sweater to be re-shipped - it looked really good and funny). I also think that this is a very honorable thing to do from their part, as originally the whole issue with delivery returned was my own fault.
The frustration I have had during this past year was really that I believed that I was systematically ignored, when I asked and asked again; how I can proceed to pay for extra transport to get my package delivered to me again. In hindsight, it has been a matter of unfortunate bad communication and e-mails that for unknown reasons never been received from my end and theirs.
I have all the time acknowledged my own fault in this, asking for help to correct my mistake by paying extra shipping fee. Thinking that all my e-mails were ignored, drove me to write a very negative first review. I have now decided to take that first review down and write a new one.
I rate this company 3 stars (neutral) for this whole experience. In the end, they reimbursed my purchase fully, which is a very honorable thing to do when they did not have any fault in why the original package never made it to my mailbox.
The reason for why I will "only" give a 3 star despite that the issue is now resolved in a very positive way, is that the communication has been very difficult for almost a year's time, up to last week when Kevin finally wrote back to me. I belive him when he says that they also have tried to contact me without success, but I have no good explanation for why it has been so difficult and why so many e-mails have been lost. Neither did he.
So while I now do believe this is a company that believes in helping their customers and who try to do the right thing, I also know now that I will not purchase anything else from them in the future. The failure in communication was too great in the end for me to give them a second try. Perhaps next time the communication would be much more successful, who knows? But I don't want to risk ending up with a similar experience again. Thus I will from now on order from "closer to home".
But I wish them all the best in the future. And I am thankful that after almost a year this issue got resolved. Also, all the best to Kevin and thank you for your help with this issue that is now resolved.

My daughter bought two shirts
My daughter bought two shirts. They shipped ONE! We have been trying to contact them for almost a month now. No response. I highly recommend to avoid this scam company.
Edit: I emailed them for the fifth time and (what a surprise) STILL NO REPLY. That seems to be their main activity to quiet down the bad reviews on here. If I by any chance (though I doubt it) were to receive the second shirt that we ordered I will update again…
Funny that the order confirmation clearly states ‘quantity two’ and on the actual package it clearly says ‘quantity one’. Whoever is in charge of their malfunctioning processes should be fired.
Edit 2: that email is nowhere to be found. I have searched trash bin and junk mail. And we have emailed pictures of the package. Seems no one is replying from this cs@thewholesale…. -address. And why won’t you reply to any of the emails sent from me or my husband? That actually has the pictures of the package? Is trustpilot.com the only form of communication you have? Feel free to give us a call since you have our cell phone number. Or actually reply to emails sent to the “customer service” email.

Still no second shirt. They did give her a refund for the ‘express shipment’ that they had no problem charging for but apparently was ‘unavailable for this item’. The audacity of selling and charging for two products and shipping only one. The confirmation clearly states TWO and the package clearly states (and contain) only ONE item. I highly advise NOT ordering from this company.
Edit 4 (2nd of December)
We FINALLY got reimbursed for the express shipping that they offered but apparently was unavailable(!), and received the extra shirt. Still would highly advise people to avoid this company.

No Support at all
Been trying to reached out to this company for two weeks about an order to just keep getting asked what my order number is over and over again. after i ALREADY provided the order number 3 times. And still no response. No point in trying to contact this company. They just ignore you
Update: i have already sent numerous emails with my order id. And have been checking spam folder and all other folders for correspondence. Ive gotten replys from this company asking the same thing over again. With no reply back about a resolution
Update 2: i just sent you another email, a little over an hour ago so maybe you should check that. As a matter of fact. I will send another email. To the 3 to 4 email addresses i have for you.
Update 3: as of Sept 17 2022, after many emails back and forth, i had finally gotten my issue resolved. Definitely recommend fixing what ever email interruption your company is facing. Getting in contact with anyone in the company is highly difficult. And definitely alot of miscommunication.
Update 4: even after stating in my email that my review is genuine to my experience. They insist on constantly emailing to get me to change my review. You get two stars. End of story. I will not be bartered with to change a review of something that i experienced and clearly what others have experienced.

Sizing is a Joke!
I ordered a Scooby Doo Christmas Jumper and confirmed by email the sizing on the chart was correct. I ordered a jumper with chest size in inches 48.7 but received a jumper with a 44 inch chest. Emailed them twice but no response; too late to change now for Christmas. I would not recommend this seller and would recommend any prospective buyers to avoid.

I never received my order
I never received my order. I have been emailing this company for weeks now and I am being ignored completely!
I recieved a tracking number etc ehich made me think all was well but this never got updated.
I would like a refund but this is unfortunately looking highly unlikely as it seems impossible to get a response. I would not recommend anyone buying through this company.
