So far not great. I placed my order a week ago and received an email confirming my order immediately, but since - nothing! I paid for express delivery and haven't even had an email to say my order has been dispatched yet. Email sent but no reply.

I see that we've responded to the initial email within 14 hours, please keep in mind that your office is closed overnight.
