Simple to find the correct wheels for my car on an easy to navigate vendor website. Item arrived in good time via DHL, fantastic communications throughout & very pleased with my purchase. We bought a car and weren’t told it didn’t have a spare wheel. After trawling Ebay etc and find a vast difference in prices and poor descriptions, I found The Wheel Shop.

I thought now surely à Wheel Shop would know what I needed. So I sent an email asking for help and received a very fast response pointing me to a suitable product.

I promptly ordered the wheel and saw it came with absolutely everything else that was needed. À Jack, wheel brace, à variety of sockets and good quality covers for them. All brand new in packets and boxed.

Best of all, the whole package was a fantastic price.

It arrived before the stated delivery time and I had a precise delivery time window.

What a brilliant company. I ordered a space saver wheel kit and retaining screw on Monday 29thJune. It was dispatched to DHL later on in the day and arrived to me on Wednesday 1st July. Excellent service, the quality of the wheel is very good, the jack is a 3 ton rated and the wheel brace comes with 2 sizes of wheel nut removers and a storage bag

Thinking about getting a new spare wheel for my car and i found this website online.
I gave them a call a couple of days ago and had a conversation with Michael about what i need.
He gave me all the details i ve asked for and couldn be friendlier and more knowledgeable .
As soon as i m back from my holiday i will be calling up again to place an order, or coming to the shop as i am local.
This company should teach classes to other companies on how to speak to potential customers as i ve had very bad experiences in the past with other companies.

My son bought Corsa F with one of those useless puncture repair kits. We decided a space saver spare in order so settled on The Wheel Shop given the great prices on offer. We asked various questions before any purchase and received an excellent response from Customer Services (big shout out to Kamila). Ordering was simple and delivery speedy. Ordered 11th and in N Ireland on 14th! It came with brace and jack plus a handy carry case for these. Overall, this was an example of how online shopping should be - painless from start to finish - and a service given by people dedicated to just this - great service.
