Great Biltong
The Biltong arrived in a timely manner. It tastes great and comes in a variety of flavours. I lived in South Africa as a child and this brings back fond memories.

We can only apologies for any items damaged in transit. Having checked our email, spam folders, social media accounts and phone logs and are unable to find any attempt by you to reach out to us about your item been received damaged. This review is the first time you have made us aware of any problems of any nature with your purchase.
We are more than happy to investagte the issue with our couriers as they have images of the items at several stages during the service with this information we can start a detailed investagtion in to the issue. Once we have some more details we will be able to quickly resolve the issue for you. We can assure you that all items that leave us are in perfect condition as they are packed by us by hand (we are a small family business and do not operate out of a warehouse etc) and will not be collected by the courier if they are visibly damaged.
Please can you contact us so we can gain some more information about what exactly has been damaged and then in turn give us the opportunity to resolve the issue for you in the approate fashion.
We look forward to receiving more details from you very soon.

Great tasting Biltong
Ordered the original and BBQ flavour with some fat and both were excellent. Biltong had a good texture and flavour, will definitely order again as it is the best we have tried.

Delicious Biltong!
Initially had a tiny issue with an order that was immediately fixed by the company. They went above and beyond to correct it. Very responsive and friendly staff. Would recommend and will definitely order again!

Also please remember that we offer a refund on any unopened packs you may have (T and C s Apply) simply post them back to us and we will do the rest. Looking at your order we cant see any special request for any specific requirements. We deliberately offer our larger 250g packs with a see through rear so you can see exactly what the contents are and how they look before opening.
