Dishonest promotion of products
On two occasions the same product was advertised without having it in stock. Very dishonest!

Hi there,
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We always strive to keep our stock levels accurate, and we’re truly sorry that an error occurred not once but twice. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been.
Between your first and second purchase attempts, the item did come back into store, but it was sold in-store rather than online. Unfortunately, our system did not update the stock levels correctly, and we are truly sorry for this oversight.
Please rest assured that we never intend to mislead customers or offer products that aren’t actually available. This was an honest mistake on our part, and we take full responsibility. Your order was refunded promptly, and we apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
All the best,
The Watersports Centre Team
