Order 301816: What the hell is going on??? I made an order on the 25th and usually on the following day which would have been Monday they would complete the consultation and send the order. I got an email to state the consultation has been complete and to complete my order. I. HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED MY ORDER. How wan you ask me to complete my order after a successful consultation makes no sense. You wouldn’t do a consultation until someone has made an order??
Nothing has happened since.
I have paid £168.50 and I’m still waiting which is unusual for this company. I’ve sent plenty of emails and no one has responded.
Either post my item or REFUND me ASAP

Looks like they are leaving the business...
Hmm... my complaint is exactly the same as the one in the previous review – the only difference is that my order was on December 20th. The same thing happened to me... they took my money, no medication, no tracking info, no response to my emails... they disappeared. After I read the previous complaint, I decided to Google "The Virtual Slimming Clinic Scam" and noticed they’ve been involved in several scandals, which only came to light this December. I suspect they may be abandoning the business, but before doing so... they’re taking customers' money. It's a shame because I had bought from them many times before and never had any issues. So, stay alert... it looks like I’ll have to buy my medication from another site and request a refund, or even take legal action to get my money back.

Do NOT use this clinic. Very sadly I am writing this review. I ordered from them on the 4th Dec - money was taken from my account (£168.50) and a confirmation email and order number sent. 14 days later and the item never arrived.No record of it being sent. No tracking. Nobody answered any of my emails. Shocking customer service. There is no number to call or anyone to talk to. AVOID!!!!
