Not only the best quality and best value lighting products and components I have found, but the customer service is second to none.
i reached out on a Friday afternoon, because I'd forgotten an item and was potentially facing an additional postage charge. I was half expecting not to get through but did it anyway. To my absolute delight, Emma got in touch swiftly, recommended the best course of action and then made sure my orders were bundled - all within minutes. I was going to have to find alternatives, but their attentiveness was brilliant, and now I'm going to get the lights and bulb that I really want without having to compromise. THANK YOU!

I ordered some LED Filament bulbs. Royal Mail tracking told me they had been delivered a couple of days later but I hadn’t received them. I spoke with Emma who promised to send replacements immediately. That evening, a neighbour (not even a nearby one) called to say he had our package! So, 3/10 for Royal Mail but a solid 10/10 for The Vintage Light Bulb Company!
And the bulbs are beautiful- just what I wanted.
No hesitation in recommending this company 100%

I order some vintage style wire, which looked beautiful by the way, but it turned out that the light shades already came with the wire, so had to return the item.

A few days later a full refund was provided.

Availability to help, the immediacy of service, the light bulbs themselves, and (my colleagues commented too) the care in packaging to ensure a light bulb with it's inherent fragility arrived in superb shape. Absolutely amazing - fantastic customer service, great that you can call to speak to them and the product wow - I have been searching for ages for the right lighting in my living room and the Stiffkey rattan ceiling pendant is absolutely stunning. Love my new Pendant light. I was really struggling to find a rattan shade and pendant that I liked. But the one I ordered from this company was perfect. Also loved how I could order a bulb paired with the shade. As I wouldn't have thought of ordering a globe bulb. But it looks great :) Also love that I could have swapped the cord design if I'd wanted.

Second, order and experience was great ( I bought, bulbs and brass light fixtures. Very happy with both I am skeptics of the safety as there are non of the usual safety marks on anything in the box

We are renovating a Victorian / Edwardian farmhouse. Pendant light fittings that I like and are affordable are few and far between - so rather than end up making a rush decision on something we didn't like, decided to get porcelain and brass fittings from Vintage Light Bulb Company, with coloured flex and statement lightbulbs. Much more affordable, things we actually want rather than just making do, and they look great - individual, in keeping with the style of the house, whilst also being fun (have got bright orange, bright blue, yellow etc flexes).
The quality of the fittings looks good. All round very happy.

Excellent service and high quality pendants. From advice on suitably sized pendants to deciding the length and colour of the cable and then the wonderful packaging to ensure everything arrived in mint condition, I couldn't recommend the Vintage Light Bulb Company enough. I just can't wait to see the pendants in situ in our new build. They look perfect!
