I honestly like the fact they came to my home and saw all 3 of my dogs in one day. It made it more comfortable for me and my pets. I wish I would have done this years ago! As for the price, I think it's about the same as I usually pay for their office pet visits, or maybe $20 cheaper and I did sign up for the yearly plan.

I am a new customer and was looking forward to trying them out. I chose The Vets because both of my cats are anxious, one especially, and bringing them anywhere is tough. In advance I spent at least an hour or more scanning vet paperwork to their team and answering questionnaires, only to be asked twice for “additional information” I had already submitted. They texted daily reminding me over and over of my appointment. Finally the day comes and I wake up early to give my cats Gabapentin so they can be examined, an unpleasant ritual for everyone with fuss and vomiting. I cleaned my apartment and spent all day preparing / stressing for the visit in various ways. Then 30 minutes past the expected arrival time, I get a robo-text that they aren’t coming and a link to reschedule. Not even a phone call or personalized follow up. I will not be rescheduling or recommending their service.

What an AMAZING experience! My dog was in so much pain and her normal vet could not get her in for over a week and not to mention, with her limited mobility I couldn’t get her into the car without her screaming. This group of ladies who showed up at my house were TOP NOTCH INCREDIBLE! The time and attention they provided my baby was unlike anything I have ever experienced. 100% recommend and 100% will be using them again! Bravo The Vets

So the vets are competent. But the front office is deeply incompetent. The customer service is deeply incompetent. I paid for a service and they haven't delivered.

The company is a real mess, there are multiple numbers which no one answers, multiple emails which no one answers and you basically have to schedule an appointment to get someone to talk to you.

Avoid this company if you like smooth transactions and good customer support. Engage them if you like being ghosted, frustrated and insulted.

They won't stop spamming me via email or SMS. I had to set up special filters to get it out of my face. And they've started sending messages that imply an appointment has already been set up, seemingly trying to trick me into responding and confirming.

Excellent & professional! SO MUCH LESS STRESSFUL for my pet. The Vets will be my "go to" veterinarian for help for my pets going forward!

First time using. Excellent experience! Convenient! My cat is feeling much better. Addressed all of our concerns and needs. Recommend if your pet is in pain and you need relief for them immediately!

I've scheduled two separate visits, one in the morning in mid-July and another one late afternoon in late August. They cancelled both at the very last minute after I had booked a babysitter to help look after my infant during the visit ... and I've never seen anybody so this is how they treated me as a new customer, who's business they're ostensibly trying to win

I have called and spoken with people three times about cancelling my membership and have never been helped or called back or contacted again. Just got charged for another month after working on cancelling my membership for 2.5 weeks now. I just called and was once again told I would be contacted back. If someone actually ever returns my call so I can cancel my membership I will update this review but I'm close to calling my bank at this point. Starting to feel untrustworthy to me and I would not recommend getting a membership with them as it seems to be extremely hard to get out of.

UPDATE: I got a call back, finally. Apparently the first two requests didnt go through... Updated the rating from my original one star.

That being said, the actual single appointment I had with them 4.5 months ago was great, even though the pricing was a litttttle high and I found the Dr. to be somewhat condescending. Its what I come to expect from at home services though, its not going to be the same price as a clinic.

Dr.Pruski and a member of the team, so sorry for not remembering her name, are an amazing team. My cat is 19 years old and is very anxious when it comes to leaving our home. Dr. Pruski made friends with our cat Honey immediately and did an assessment and exam of her without her even noticing what was going on. They were able to see with the home visit that her litter box could be an issue for Honey and had recommendations on an alternative solution for her. The pricing was more than reasonable and I will be looking in to the home health care plans they offer. I want to thank them both so much for easing Honey’s pain and taking the time to truly assess the issue! Great job!

The Vets came today and did shots and well check for 2 of our office cats, which I can’t even pet. Tara and Dr. Mitra were fabulous and extremely patient. Tara went into extra drive and was able to safely catch both cats. They are a great team and I would definitely recommend using them. I will be calling on them again in the future. Thanks guys!

Wonderful experience. Started a bit rocky as I’m not tech savvy and I manually confirmed my appt which allowed the system to auto-cancel on the backend (twice), and nearly lost me my appt. I’m sure they’ll be addressing this in the near future. With that said, I’m so so so glad the appointment was worked out and went through. The convenience of in-home care cannot be overstated, for the puppies and the owner lol. On top of that, loved the providers. I’ve seen Google reviews dismissing the vet as “stand-offish.” I hate when people take issue with reserved people 😩 as if the world doesn’t take all kinds; and bc sometimes they’re just observing & taking it all in- which is how I felt. Once we started working w/ the animals and communicating amongst each other, I found the differing personalities to work really well together and my pets agreed. Hope to continue using this service and if I do, I hope to get the same providers 😊

Wonderful experience! Came clean organized and on time. Knowledgeable about everything showed me all my options explained everything in detail and great with my cat. 100% would definitely recommend and will 100% be a returning customer.

Dr. Whitlark has been my vet for years and to know she is now part of this team made my whole world easier and I am so Grateful. Such a better experience for my 11 year old Weim. These vets are highly qualified and have attended the top veterinary schools in US. It was like having a full clinic on wheels. Tests ,test results and medications done and given quickly. When you have never tried a mobile service and don’t know what to expect you are skeptical. I knew my vet, which helped, but now that I understand the process and have learned about the other vets it’s a really great thing they have, especially for my dog who I can’t carry in and who gets so nervous and anxious at a vet’s office which makes it so stressful for the me. Thank you so much I am truly grateful. I hope others will try them .

It was an amazing experience they made sure my pet was in state where to could check him out was not having it at first even prescribed cat meds for next visit to help maybe 🤔 calm more but he was with the program eventually great experience would recommend to any pet lover

Impossible to get in touch with. No showed 2 appointments. My dog needs his prescription, but no one will send it to the pharmacist. Terrible customer service.

The initial visit by the members who came to my home was positive. Dogs felt comfortable with them and they seemed thorough.
The cost was 2 times the rate from a visit with our regular vet. I can not drive, so this, I felt was my only option.
They are difficult to get in tough with, and STILL have not emailed or given me a copy of shot or medication record.
THIS has been very frustrating!

I was able to see them within a few hours of booking my appointment. They helped me understand the next steps for my sick cat.

My first visit exceeded my expectations. I’m grateful for their diligence, time frame and owning my kittens needs. They also shared valuable tips & best practices that will keep our family safe & together. I look forward to future services. I also appreciate the transparency and level of professionalism. Dr. Similo was incredible with my fearful dog, it made all the difference in the world. This is one of the best vet experiences I have ever had. They took time to make my dog comfortable and their knowledge and experience was evident and so appreciated. Coming from a bad experience with a vet about a year ago, this visit was a breath of fresh air.
