Will at The Vertex Collection made buying my car an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From the moment I called about a BMW M2 he had advertised on AutoTrader, he was friendly, responsive, and quick to get a viewing booked in, which was especially impressive given it was between Christmas and New Year.

When I arrived for the viewing, it was immediately clear Will really knows his cars and is genuinely passionate about them. We even touched on the Clarkson and Chris Harris reviews of the M2 in an enthusiast-enthusiast conversation. The selection on offer is outstanding, and compared to a lot of other dealers the cars were exceptionally well presented.

The pricing was also fantastically fair. I viewed another M2 at almost exactly the same price locally, and the difference in spec, presentation and overall quality was worlds apart. The car Will had on offer was far superior. Will not only has a passion for cars but is seemingly fantastic at sourcing the right ones too. The fair pricing makes the whole experience far smoother, because you feel confident you are paying for quality and getting a good deal without the need for a painful negotiation.

After visiting twice, once for the viewing and again for collection, I can confidently say this standard applies across his full selection. Everything is presented to an exceptionally high level, and Will’s passion for cars clearly drives what he chooses to offer.

Will was completely transparent on all aspects of the 2016 M2 I was viewing, and the whole process felt personal, friendly, and accommodating throughout. It is clear he focuses on building relationships with clients rather than simply churning vehicles out of the door.

After agreeing the purchase, Will also organised an impressive amount of prep work within a week, including a service, MOT, a new set of rear tyres, a full detail, ceramic coating, and even arranging a tracker fitting. The attention to detail was genuinely excellent.

He was also incredibly flexible when it came to collection. I picked the car up after work at around 7pm and he made everything easy and hassle-free, whilst retaining the personal experience; which really shows the level of service he provides.

I will definitely be returning to Will at The Vertex Collection, hopefully next time leaving with a Porsche!

I purchased a lovely BMW M2 from Will back in November, and recieved a good trade in price for my car. Will was a pleasure to deal with and took time to answer any questions I had. Due to the distance to the dealership Will provided a walk round video of the vehicle, he also delivered the car to my home address himself. A few days into ownership a couple of issues did pop up on the car, unfortunately these weren't covered by the warranty.
