I had ordered Jatamansi Spikenard Supreme capsules, order #1107. I received a confirmation and then a few days later I received a text that my order was being refunded. No explanation was given. I texted back to ask what the problem was, and I never received a reply. I used a credit card that was valid until April, so I thought perhaps the problem was that I needed to use my updated card that effective in April of this year. I had already used it a few times before. So, I reordered a few days later with the updated credit card, The new order # was 11119 and I received a confirmation # of 1AEYOUYL9. The message attached to the confirmation was that I would be informed when the product would be shipped out. After that there was no further information. I had no idea whether the order was processed, or if it would be shipped and if so, when.
Since I needed the Jatamansi I ordered a different formula of it, and different brand, from another store. The next day I received notification from that store that the order was being processed and the day after that the order was being shipped. I had ordered the Harmony product from you before and I like it. I understand from calling Harmony in, I believe, Oklahoma that the product has been out of stock and would be coming in next week. If I would have been informed of that I wouldn't have ordered an additional bottle of Jatamansi without the Triperine for improved absorption.
In any case, I spent a lot of time trying to contact your customer service and it didn't work out very well. The product, however, is very good and I still would like to know approximately when it will arrive.
I referred two other people to your website for Jatamansi and they were unable to contact you, so they, also, ordered a different formula of Jatamansi elsewhere. The first time I ordered from you, by the way, there was no problem and I hope that will be the case in the future. If you provide a phone # for people to contact you, a lot of time could be saved and confusion eliminated.

You didn't send my order when I made it.
It happened only few days after I mailed you asking of it's whereabouts.

I ordered a product over a week ago and the order still hasn't been shipped yet it only says order placed why I paid $140 with shipping and no shipping of my order ‼️ I'm waiting on the product so I can make my own products and I'm held up because of BAD BUSINESS!!! THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST ORDER FROM THIS SITE ‼️‼️‼️

i appreciate the affordable yprice, the quick delivery and the freshness of the karela juice.

Placed an order for $117.00 in items on February 2. I left a message on their chat on the 12 as there is no notification of shipment. I asked them to contact me with tracking information. Nothing. It's February 14. Nobody is available on the chat. Nobody is available on the phone. The status on the order is "unfulfilled". I left a phone message and sent an email to cancel the order and refund my money. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND RESOURCES!!!

I felt like the person who helped me did a good job.

Love the product (Bitter Melon). My blood glucose has improved. For the first time I have had several blood samples registering under 100mg/dl. Delivery was very fast.

Ordering is straight forward .
Shipping is free on my orders and every order arrives on time or early and packaged well .
