The course was very informative and the tutors Ken and Claire were vey knowledgeable. They conveyed a lot of useful information in a friendly , non -judgemental but serious way and addressed all questions and challenges openly. I took away some useful things to include in my future driving and learn't stuff I didn't realise had changed so felt it was a very beneficial course.

Awful speed awareness course, poor content and condescending trainer left everyone visibly bored and disengaged. Pure box ticking exercise and of no value whatsoever.

Superb course - very impactuful, Sandy out trainer was inclusive and kept us all engaged. Really great course - thanks

The interaction was positive and not over bearing

Very informative course and well delivered by the presenter Andrew. Really makes you think more about how speed impacts so many things.

I attended an online speed awareness course. It was very well organised and present. After 40 years I needed the refresher. Thank you

Very informative and well organised. Learnt alot. Thanks

It was easy to connect to the zoom course. The course itself was very informative. I did learn a lot. And the instructor was very good too.

Recently attended a speed awareness course. It was very Well organised and ran to time. The room was comfortable with water, note paper and pens. The two instructors that delivered the course, Steve and Shaun were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. A very worthwhile course.

Recently attended a ttc coarse and the instructor Muhammad was really good making it easy to understand.

They made the course more interesting by having two presenters sharing the material. They used mixed video and still visuals which were also well put together. One of the presenters, however, was rather more empathetic with the audience than the other.

A well run course with content that makes you think. It would be worth going on even if you didn't get the opportunity from committing an offence

Great experience and Ricky was so amazing and he was a great teacher.

I thought Phil did a great job running/facilitating our Safe and Considerate Driving course in York. A great balance between being extremely professional whilst also making us feel as at-ease as possible. Very clear communication.

Excellent course and very knowledgeable tutors.

The retraining course I recently attended was very well presented. Having two people swapping places consistently to present different sections of the course worked well. It held my attention. They covered quite a lot, some of which I knew from my distant past and some entirely new to me. There were plenty of statistics included which really struck home.
The only negative was that it was presented on a screen, which I found very difficult to see properly. It seemed out of focus all of the time despite them switching between lights (I do have regular optical checks, so that isn’t to blame), I don’t know if the problem is with the venue or the quality of the videos.

The trainer that we had, spoke to us we respect, educate us by making sense of the Highway Code. Although I am a good driver, I've learnt not to be too complacent even though I have been driving for 39 years. Very Good Course. The trainer made us very relaxed and engaged, still reminding us the seriousness of why we were here at the course.

The trainer (Lawrence) was engaging, knowledgeable and put everyone at ease. He facilitated a great interactive experience. I would argue that it's impossible not to learn something from a Speed Awareness Course; I certainly did.

This was was a great course very in depth and also as a busy part time mum completing at home was fantasic!

Ruby was really fun and down to earth, she made the session more interesting
