The two presenters were empathetic to their audience, spoke clearly and listened to the members.
The presentation was clear, interesting and precise.

Course content was good but the attendees were not controlled so was difficult to hear or concentrate with people constantly talking and interrupting. Some of the course leaders jokes were also a bit inaproppriate

Both presenters were excellent. Both the pace and content of the course were well judged. It remained interesting throughout and didn’t drag. The presenters were very inclusive, answered questions well, and were very professional and knowledgeable. Overall an interesting course and infinitely preferable, and more useful, than the alternative.

The course was well presented, interesting and informative. The emphasis was on how we could all improve our awareness and driving standard. The work in small groups demonstrated that we all had things to learn from the course leaders as well as each other.

All but one attendee entered the course with a positive attitude towards learning and changing their behaviour. Not just a way to avoid points but a very useful way to spend a few hours.

Course was overpriced @ £98.20, considering I did it via zoom, it was also too long & unnecessary, as I did 24 mph in 20mph zone and all for 70 yards

I arrived at the course , Salisbury, with a great sense of injustice delivered me by Avon & Sometset council !
I left the course having been reassured of my knowledge and experience as a retired road safety proffesional,having gained a greater understanding of the subject as presented and discussed in a respectfull manner without any sense of being judged.
I thank the presenters for delivering a worthwhile experience i will carry forwards.

It was very relaxed, non judgemental and interesting. Good to recap on road safety and pick up some tips for sticking to the speed limit. Our educator was friendly and enthusiastic

I refreshed my previous knowledge. I learned a few interesting pieces of information. Such courses are necessary.

I wasn’t keen on the fact that you had to make notes for everything and show it to the trainer in the camera, everyone every single time.. If you had difficulty writing, then that would be very stressful and inappropriate. Everyone had to say what they thought about everything so it took absolutely ages.. the whole thing took four hours. There was some statistics that I just didn’t believe. Around the cost of collisions per year; I’m a scientist so I don’t like statistics that are not correct. 43 billion does not feel like a believable figure and I would like to have that verified . When the cost of the whole Nhs is only 50 billion a year.

But on the upside there was some good information and good videos., The whole thing could be a lot quicker and more concise in my opinion.

I felt nervous prior to the course but the two tutors (? Sharon and Nicola) were great. They were very professional and friendly; presenting the course in an informal manner and quickly ensuring that all the participants were fully involved. The course was very informative and the tutors kept reinforcing certain pieces of information without seeming repetitive. I certainly learned a lot and actually enjoyed the experience.
The venue, Cedar Court, was also ideal: easy to access, free parking and even provided refreshments (which was unexpected and much appreciated.

Firstly the content was appropriate and relevant. Recent changes to the law were a bit of a surprise. It made me think l should have done this speed awareness course a few years ago! And that perhaps everyone should do it every 10 years or so. If one did it could lower their insurance premium?
The technology worked well. The pace was about right and the trainer engaged everyone equally. Thank you!

Really useful course for updating my driving skills and knowledge. Good conversation between the instructor and other participants.

Very calm tutor with abundance of knowledge. Her interaction with those on course was excellent. She actually made the course go so quickly because she got to the point double checked we understood and moved on . Didn’t feel I was talked at more suggesting how to be more observant for the future.
