Prior to the start of the pandemic, we (myself and my partner) have looked to organise the honeymoon of our dreams. The Travel Brand have been absolutely amazing in terms of flexibility, options, communication and attitude to ensure we were able to get the honeymoon we always wanted.

As everyone can imagine, the pandemic has caused countless disruptions throughout the world and this affected travel plans and potential destinations numerous times in the last 2 years for us. As things started to settle and restrictions eased, we were given a variety of options to choose and discuss from, whilst safety protocols were still followed accordingly.

We decided to go to Sri Lanka for 4 nights and to Maldives for 6 nights. We were provided with various excursion options for both destinations and hotel options suited to our budget and duration of stay, and this made everything feel really personal as you could tell the Travel Brand really care about ensuring we get to make the most of each day. It really took our breathe away as to how the entire trip was organised so fluidly and professionally.

Raj, in particular, has been fantastic throughout the journey and has been provided fantastic reccomendations and being open and honest with destinations and excursions we would enjoy and wouldn't enjoy (e.g - informing us of the long drives that occur in sri lanka and how this would affect how many excursions/sites we could see in one given day). Nevertheless, even during these long journeys, we were given countless options of sites we could stop and see if we wanted too, again making the most of each day in Sri lanka.

In the end, we have nil complaints at all with The Travel Brand and will undoubtedly use them in the future. We had an UNREAL honeymoon and everything from check-ins, transfers, flights, updated information, food and drink, prices and general background information were provided down to the T, and I cannot thank Raj and The Travel Brand enough for giving us a package that was amazing in value and quality. You will not regret going forward with them and giving you a holiday that would allow you to forget the troubles the world has been experiencing in the last 2 years. We look forward to our next journey with them.

I have never left a review for anyone before but Raj at the Travel Brand has been so great that I had to let others know. Not only has he managed to save us thousands in compassion to other quotes we had received but the service has also been fantastic. Further to our recent experience booking Via Travel Brand / Hardeep V, we feel it imperative to express our deep and sincere appreciation to Hardeep who has moved mountains to ensure we was able to secure a luxury holiday at these uncertain times whilst working to our budget.

Spoke with Hardeep at Travelbrand. Told him what I wss looking for a multidestination trip to Japan during the Olympics, gave him my budget and ideal days in each destination and within a few days he met every expectation of mine. Found hotels which suited my needs, flights which were direct and a price I couldn't quibble with.

The holiday itinerary came with suggestions which are so helpful for when we get out to japan.

Booked Singapore to Dubai flight and cruise via The Travel Brand due to depart late Feb 2020. Service from Raj was first class throughout, not least after the Covid-19 outbreak led to the holiday's last minute cancellation. Obtained full refund thanks to the Travel Brand's efforts. Will definitely use The Travel Brand again.

My wife and I initially were very apprehensive and uncertain about getting a full refund after reading and listening to media reports.

Raj had installed faith in us by providing us with a full explanation of the whole refund process and the assurance of getting our money back. These were was backed up by emails. Eventually, we had a full refund thanks to Raj’s professionalism, understanding and courteous mannerism. All these qualities had installed faith and trust in Raj and The Travelbrand company.

A close friend had recently booked his honeymoon through the Travel Brand and I was shocked to say the least at the package he received. (It was amazing!!!! Probs up there with the best package I've seen anyone offered for a honeymoon). With this in mind, I thought I would request a quote for a holiday. We opted to go Miami and Jamaica and the rate offered- beat any rate out there atm. I always look round to get the best quote and its safe to say, I wont be looking around any further and will continue to use the Travel Brand moving forward. Hardeep was put in touch by Raj to assist me with my package- Hardeep was amazing to say the least. Provided me with top recommended hotels and listened to my needs.
