Cannot rate this company highly enough. I had visited so many different bathroom companies but just couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. Cairn was fantastic- in my initial consultation he spent 2.5 hours with me going over every tiny detail until it was perfect. I was very specific about wanting a separate bath and shower and he gave me really great advice on what would work best in my tenement bathroom- the designs were incredible. Kevin was our fitter and he was amazing. He literally worked non stop morning to night for a week. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable and so unbelievably helpful. The tilers did an absolutely beautiful job- I had picked small, unequal shaped tiles just to make life difficult but the end result was stunning. Completely in love with my new bathroom and wish I'd found these guys straight away.

I’d give this company 6 stars if I could. It’s not always the easiest to find quality products along with great tradies and customer service, but the Tile and Bathroom Company has it all. From start to finish we were so impressed by how easy they made this process for us, how incredibly hard working and skilled the tradies are (huge shout out to Kevin and Chris) and how much Cairn, Jasmine and Richards customer service shone through. Everyone has been so nice and courteous. We recently had new carpets down and the way they covered them for protection was really appreciated. We had a few minor issues which do happen from time to time, but what was important was that these were rectified swiftly and accurately - we were always put at ease. We now have a new main bathroom and en-suite bathroom which we absolutely love - they fixed some previous issues we had with plumbing etc (before the work started) and left us with 2 beautiful, fully functional bathrooms. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Cairn, Richard and team are fantastic to deal with. We had ongoing contact from James and then Jasmine throughout the process and the work carried out by Kevin and Chris is second to none.
We’ve had our family bathroom and en-suite done this month and the results are stunning. Everything looks so high end and the finish is impeccable. Not only is the work fantastic, but the customer service is great. Everyone is so nice, natural and easy going and we felt looked after throughout the process.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their bathroom done.

We had a full bathroom renovation carried out from 7-11 January.

The whole process was very smooth and quick. We started with a professional design appointment with James, where he helped us design a bathroom we loved within our budget, to the rip out and fitting over 5 days only a few weeks later.

The choices were endless and being able to see so many options in the showroom and via the digital design appointment really helped us picture our space.

All of the fitters were timeous and clean, and finished the work to a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again when it comes to updating out en-suite next.

We went to many bathroom showrooms before finding The Tile and Bathroom company. We had a very positive experience from start to finish. James showed us designs that would fit our small bathroom. We went in with an idea of what we thought we wanted/liked and chose something completely different. Installation went smoothly, Kevin did a first rate job,his attention to detail second to none. Chris did a great job with the tiling, aided by Graham. Overall super impressed by the whole experience. We absolutely love our new bathroom, and have had a number of neighbours asking to come in and see it.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Very professional. From James on design to Kevin, Chris and Ian at installation it could not have went better. They kept us up to date at every step of the way and delivered what they said they would on time ( and within budget ).

The company have just completed a design and fit bathroom installation at my house (October 2025). I decided to merge my old traditional size bathroom with a spare bedroom to create a "superloo". I'm quite picky but this job has been completed to perfection by a group of hard working skilled workers.

The project was skilfully managed with a range of skills and trades coming to my home in such a way as to substantially complete the job in 5 days ( with a few visits over the following few days to finalise and finesse the work) .

We had discussions through the week to clarify any final design...they even diverted a pipe through a blind spot in the roof of my kitchen to avoid having to interfere with the look of the bathroom.

Gary, who is a joiner (with lots of other skills) by profession, was a perfectionist and worked incredibly hard, especially on the first few 12 hour days. Ian installed the many electrics to my exact wishes (many lighting options, tv, wifi speakers in new dropped ceiling). Both guys were great to have around. Other skills, including plumbing, plastering ( I reduced 2 doors to 1) and tiling were expertly delivered.

High quality fittings were chosen throughout and fitted perfectly.

One of my " conditions" was that I didn't want random sub contracted labour, but a team who were strongly linked to the company. This was delivered.

Would I use the company again? I absolutely would...and plan to.

How did I select Tile&Bathroom Co from the many available bathroom companies? I noticed an online Facebook posting which prompted me to ask a series of questions, all of which were promptly answered in detail by Cairn. This led to a showroom visit, a discussion, a longish design meeting (without a guarantee of work for the company), a very detailed quote ( not just an overall price) and 2 surveys in total leading to the appointment.

I'm delighted with the result...and if you've read the review this far and think I must have personal connections to the company, I do not. I'm happy to talk to anyone who would feel a chat would support their decision.

start to finish, from design to installation the designer and fitters were prompt dealing with our queries and extremely hard working ensuring our Lovely new Bathroom was fitted to planned schedule. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new bathroom.

Absolutely in love with my new bathroom, it really is like something out of a Home magazine. From the first moment, meeting Cairn, he answered my numerous questions, and came up with an amazing design, totally different to my old bathroom, and which worked so much better.

Full bathroom renovation by The Tile and Bathroom Company, and the service from start to finish was outstanding.

Deciding on the daunting task of doing a full bathroom remodel & renovation can be both exciting and equally terrifying, finding a company who can bring your ideas to reality and provide the confidence that they will take on the full responsibility of the job to highest level of professionalism. The Tile and Bathroom Company (TTBC) is the team for the job.

We found TTBC purely by being out & about visiting numerous showrooms and discussing our needs & budget without really getting that 'feeling' of quality but liked what we saw & heard from TTBC.

We agreed to a survey & design consultation without any commitment which was done respectively by Richard & James.

Sitting with James our designer was a pleasure, patiently listened to our needs in a comfortable environment & worked with us to maximise our layout & make any tweaks from our original design with no fuss. Bringing our selections to life with a rendered 3d model.

We were provided with a breakdown of costs, no hidden fees, or extras. Given a start date & timeframe for who would be undertaken the work to completion, James kept in contact throughout the week to ensure we were happy & had no concerns.

Given a 5-day schedule of how the job would progress and the team expertly stuck to the deadline. Kevin was our main fitter and was outstanding in his workmanship, respect & cleanliness throughout. Discussed, explained & agreed any intricates of the job to achieve a high-level finish.

Chris our tiler, again proved our decision to go with TTBC was correct as his level of work was fantastic. Always allowed me to make the final decision but expertly advised & provided guidance to achieve the best possible finish.

Working alongside Kevin & Chris was Ian who completed the electrical work. So efficient was Ian that he was in & out on 2 occasions throughout the week that I missed personally thanking him for his efforts.

To conclude; the workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout were second to none.

Not only was the process stress-free, but the result exceeded our expectations. We genuinely cannot fault The Tile and Bathroom Company at any stage and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.

This is a fabulous company and a fabulous team. Cairn listened to what we needed and designed us a selection of bathroom styles to choose from (we liked them all)

We now have beautiful new bathroom, and we are just about to go back to the company to design a new en-suite shower room

Works carried out by Brian , to a particularly high standard and great communication throughout.
Tiling by Ilias , perfect- he never stops .
Follow up remedial works , decor within hall due to repositioning of door carried out by Kevin , great finish and another smashing person .
All in , a great team performance. 10/10 .

Their patience with our fussy design ideas was very much appreciated and we put together a lovely plan with their extensive range of materials and parts at a very competitive price.
The installation went like a dream with a very professional team coordinated by Brian who did an immaculate job with minimal mess or disturbance.
We are usually very fussy and critical of work done in our house but honestly couldn’t recommend these people high enough.

We had an exceptional experience with the tile and bathroom company. We are super fussy ( well my husband is!) and Cairn was so patient with us whilst we reviewed the design and choose all the products. He itemised everything and was very transparent. We had a team of plumbers, electricians, tilers all coordinated by Brian. Brian and his team were really efficient and communicative and did a fantastic job. We are really delighted with our new bathroom. We felt that this company was miles better than the competitors and could not be happier with them.
