Product was delivered on time however the size was wrong. I cannot contact them by email or phone to arrange a refund or exchange so having to contact paypal for next steps.

AVOID - scam!!
AVOID!
Tried to return 2 items as not what I hoped for (cheap and nasty quality), but there was no delivery note so had to print one out to write my reasons for return and send to the address on the website. No refund, no acknowledgement, nothing. Tried calling the 020 number on the website but doesn't work. Tried emailing info@thetiecompany but this doesn't work either. Absolute sham.

No Customer Service. Email address does not work.
One of the ties was stained. The customer service email bounced. No reply on FB Messenger. I am lucky my credit card was able to reverse the charge. Avoid.

I ordered 2 ties and received 1. I tried to email you but the email bounced back. I contacted you through another method but got no reply. I want my 2nd tie or a refund. Appalling service I have to say, so please learn from it and do better as it’s not good enough.

Royal Mail delivered the package but I havnt had any confirmation from the company and no refund!!

I ordered my tie on the 18th March and…
I ordered my tie on the 18th March and up to the 26th of March I have never received my order from your company. This tie was important for my dance competition starting on the 29th March.

Superb service recovery. I was having issues reaching out to the shop, but once they were aware that I was experiencing issues, they immediately jumped to my help. And I got my items on time for my wedding! I appreciate their service and items are great!
