Cheaply made clothes, bad workmanship. The large buttons on the sweater are PINNED on, no buttonholes and it hangs unevenly .The Boho "jacket" is a thin blouse with WHITE underlay. There is NO embroidery. Impossible to send back.

Colors and fit was as described. The prices were great for the quality. I have no experience with the returns, but customer service was great. Received many updates on the status of my order. Ordering was easy and fast delivery. The handwritten note made it feel more special.

This company is a complete fraud. It misrepresents itself as a U.S. company from its name - The Thomas Family Palm Beach - to its Wyoming address listed in its website.

I purchased two sweaters that look absolutely nothing like those in the ad that I purchased, and were extremely poor quality.

The company has created a huge barrier for returns. The customer must pay for shipping and return the merchandise to China, intentionally making a return/refund transaction cost prohibitive for the customer.

Stay away from this business unless you don’t mind be scammed.

Another FB scam, company is out of China and it is a lengthy return process. The colors were way off on both items. My oversized cardigan had pins, not buttons. The mocha coat looked like army green vomit. Both were undersized, especially around the bust.
I have emailed these people times regarding the return. I received the items a few days ago (and I think that they were shipped on a slow boat from China, yet I had to send pictures, with the size showing, of the items. I keep saying I want a refund but they keep making offers on an exchange. And still I will be charged about $15 for processing for each item returned.

BEWARE company advertises a “30 day money back guarantee with hassle free returns.”They list their address in Wyoming. The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reported this is an address used for scams. They say they are a “US based company which operates several stores across the country.”All false. China based. Their tracking does not reveal where product is coming from. They do not answer Palm Beach phone. Received a product that was too small and quality was not as depicted in ad. They asked me to photograph myself with the product on and to verify it was too small. I did. Kept on offering me 10% credit, then 20% then provided an address to return to China with a cost to ship that exceeds the cost of item. Many customers have reported they never received credits or promised replacements. Cannot trust the integrity of this company. Lesson learned. Verify all information about a company and research fully before purchasing.

I ordered the Lois jacket, it is nice and overall it looks good but the fit was really small. I reached out to their customer support, which informed me that the larger sizes are out of stock.. so I couldn't get a larger size. A little disappointed because it really is a nice jacket.

Highly recommend shopping with the Thomas Family. Jennifer answered all my questions, I got anxious because my order showed 'info received' for quite some time, but she assured me and kept me updated throughout. Very helpful and kind. Thank you Jennifer!

This is a scam website direct from China. Child size ill made garment. Must pay shipping to China for return, which cost more than the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

This company is a sham. I ordered what looked like a cute olive green jacket from The Thomas Family in Palm Beach.
1. The fabric shown was embellished, however, it was just printed. No embellishment.
2. I used their sizing guide and the jacket was made for a child.
3. The jacket appeared to be lined in the same fabric. There was no lining. It was just the reverse side of the fabric which was stark white.
4 several seams were slightly open showing the white stitching
5. The company says Palm Beach but it’s in CHINA. When trying to return, they instructed me to send it to China at my expense.
This company is a total scam!
Their website makes it look like a family business. To get in touch with them they show a phone number. That phone number does not answer.

Like everyone else on this site, this was a totally bad experience. I ordered a coat and a "jacket" that did not look at all like the pictures. It did not fit--bottom of "jacket" was waist high instead of hip length as shown. The price was $59.95. I contacted them and they offered 10% price reduction which I replied was ridiculous! They then offered 20% off and to ship another larger size. After seeing the quality and I said I just wanted my $ back. They told me it would cost an additional $14.95 shipping and handling to return.
I told them I wanted a complete refund and I would mail the item back my self and asked for the return address. They sent me an address in China to return item to. This is a complete misrepresentation of who they are--not from Palm Beach with pictures Caucasian people, but a company in China! I will call my credit card and ask them to settle this for me for the complete value of my order. I notice several other "companies" offering exactly the same merchandise. Don't buy from any of them! There is NO customer service and NO refunds. This is a
scam! Also, I have printed my e-mailed and their answers. Their communication is al A-I--not people.

The Thomas Family of Palm Beach is a FRAUDULENT company. The family doesn’t exist. It’s just made up by a China based company. Everything pictured is beautiful and looks like great quality and pricing is reasonable, but beware!!! You will receive an item that resembles what you ordered but not at all the quality of what’s pictured.
They will not refund my money for the garbage they sent.
My biggest concern is how they deceived us, the customer with their misleading or should I say scam of a fictitious, family, and business out of Palm Beach, Florida that doesn’t even exist. How sick. But then again that’s China for you. BEWARE Don’t fall for it!! Please do your research.

I ordered a jacket according to the size information that was provided it was not just a little snug. It looked like it was made for a child. The fabric looks nothing like what is pictured on Facebook and in their ads. When I wanted to return it, I was told that that wasn't possible, but that I could pay for shipping on another item. The customer service is a joke. Seriously, please don't order anything from these people. It is a total fraud. The items they sell for over $50 probably cost less than five dollars to make.

What, no zero stars??. This is obviously a scam site. The jacket I ordered didn’t look anything like the picture on their website. The Thomas family of Palm Beach was recently registered in August 2026, not 22 years ago. Everything came from China. It was hideous. This was the ugliest garment I have ever paid money for. I’m requesting a full refund from my Visa card. Do not do business with them

I ordered 2 shirts 2 weeks ago. I recd a "shipping notice" a few days later. But there was no actual tracking. Like what carrier ( UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc) was used and what is the tracking number. I sent an email asking for thst info and did not get a reply. No communication since. I think I was scammed!

LOUSY SITE! I paid $64 for a hazelnut colored sweater on 9/27. On 10/8 it arrived in a ball of tape and cut up envelope. Literally balled up. AND IT WAS AN UGLY BLACK BLACKsweater.
What a waste of money and getting an ugly sweater presented in an ugly package!

Is there a NO STAR rating? ordered two jackets - they came NOT like the picture as far as quality. This material that is photo printed on one side - weird. Probably Chinese sweat shop material. asked for a return - according to the website - they offer returns. they had me take pictures of the jackets and inside tag. Came back and offered me more clothes at 15 a pop! NO REFUND - i looked up reviews and sure enough - this place is tagged as a red flag scam site.

The size guide was not accurate. The jacket received was too big.. returning was too much of a hassle so received store credit.
