TERRIBLE SERVICE
One of the worst transportation services I have ever experienced.
The booking was confirmed by the company, and they were supposed to send me the driver’s details, but they never did. Since I arrived late at night and still had not received any driver information, I contacted them to reconfirm the booking.
They saw my message but did not reply. I assumed the driver would still arrive as scheduled, but at 5:00 AM, the driver never showed up.
My family and I were left waiting with all our luggage and were extremely worried and stressed. No call, no message, and no explanation.

is company again and strongly recommend choosing a more trustworthy service.

Poor do not use scam tried 120 tai bart use floating market pattaya would not accept on arrival never herd of them
Do not use SCAM
Reply given was inaccurate and full excuses for following reasons
Office i spoke to three seperate staff no comunication from thai tourism one lady said never heard of them.
Ticket purchased day before arrival so not acurate they accuse purchased same day is incorrect not true and unfair.
Floating Market reception area needs 200 thai bart to purchase single ticket to gain Entrance .they offer ticket 120 thai bht rubbish.

Dear Colin, we’re sorry for the inconvenience. However, Pattaya Floating Market tickets cannot be used for same-day bookings, as clearly mentioned on our website before purchase. Since the booking did not meet the stated terms, it was cancelled and the payment was refunded. The ticket was not rejected due to any scam or service failure, but because the booking condition was not followed.

Don't expect them to turn up!
We had booked a transfer from Ko Samet island to Bangkok and confirmed a number of occasions, including the day before that the pick up was from our hotel in Ko Samet
On the day of pick up, nobody there and we then contacted the company an was told to make our own way to the port
We also the had to get our own ferry across.
Additional payments of of 1300 Thai baht with no apologies or offers to reimburse the money.
